I took my puppy for hair trim, the worker Jules said some of his hair was matted but not the body. I told her to trim I did not want all of his hair cut off. When I picked him up his hair on face and entire body was cut as if he had taken a convict picture; I was totally upset. They have you sign document and then cut the dog's hair which ever way they choose to. I will never take my dog to them again in Valley Stream Mall. In addition to that the dog always looks as if he is traumatized every time I pick him up. The worker did not follow my instructions and I paid over $100.00 for wash, brush teeth and was suppose to be trim cut.

I was in the Preston Crossing Store and was wanting to buy some fish ..I have had fish tanks for the past 35 years if not more ..One of the younger aggressive loud mouth girls started telling my Husband and I how to to run a fish tank..So we went with the heavier girl who seamed a little nicer..When we were picking out fish , I wanted two of the bala sharks, the loud mouth one said the rule us we have to buy 3..Thats the rules..I wanted 2 alge eaters and they would only sell me 1 thats maybe a inch long and a angel fish and said I can't buy anymore..I looked at my husband and said Wow!!..Lets go..We did purchase our stuff but will never go there again.I have been in Customer Service for at least 40 years and was baffled they allow ignorant people work at their stores..Very Upsetting..!!!!

TORRANCE, CA LOCATION!!! TORRANCE, CA LOCATION. Trusted these negligent POS with my puppy for one night. Came to pick my puppy up this morning he has a broken leg!!!!!! When I arrived the woman I first talked to at the front desk acted like nothing was wrong saying he was great. Then the guy comes out smiling without my puppy and says one little thing while I was walking him this morning, he couldn't put any pressure on his back leg. So not only did my puppy break his leg in their care they walked him with it making it worse. He tried to play it off like it was nothing. I demanded he get my dog immediately. When they finally brought him to the front he was whimpering crying and could barely stand. These pos tried to laugh it off. He is now sedated with the vet with a broken leg in extreme pain. I am on a recorded line asking twice if he will be cared for and safe over night. The guy on the phone repeatedly told me yes of course. We have staff that is there looking after them overnight. Complete negligence. I have already contacted my lawyer. Pet Smart you are getting sued. If I wanted to wake up in the morning with my baby boy having a broken leg I would have just dropped him off in the woods. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. NOT ONLY DO THEY NEGLECT THE PETS, THEY WILL COME BACK HARMED AND TRAMUATIZED. NOT EVEN ANIMAL LOVERS HERE, PUINK KIDS AND LAZT FAT PEOPLE THAT ARE JUST THERE TO PUNCH THE CLOCK. When I first dropped him off the girl that took him in the back got the tug leash wrapped around his neck where he was choking AND I had to get it off. As I was leaving my puppy at the Vet inside the Store after they broke my puppies leg and didn't do anything about it besides trying to take him for a walk. I was yelling at the manager for gross negligence. AS I was voicing my concern and letting other potential customers know what happened to avoid them having to go through this nightmare, the girl at the check out counter started laughing. I said do you find this funny??? She smirked at me and said yeah kind of!!!!!!!!! They broke my puppies leg made it worse, didn't do anything about it than laughed at me and said it was funny......; STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AS YOU CAN SEE IN OTHER REVIEWS NOT ONLY DO THESE SCUMBAGS NOIT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET, THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. BAD, BAD, BAD IDEA TAKING YOUR PET HERE FOR ANYTHING. PETSMART MY LAWYER WILL BE IN TOUCH!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a 29 gallon Top Fin kit. And I just opened it tonight only to find no 25% save in box. I'm upset 😡 now I must take aquarium back to get one with coupons. I wish I had looked inside at store because I was buying water care products when I purchased and no discount given. Customers shouldn't have to open box to use a visible offer. What happens when coupons not in box total inconvenience. So yes I'll be taking everything back .

For the second tone in two weeks, I am severely disappointed and angry. The first time was for nail cutting for both of my dogs. They first couldn't figure out the computer system. Apparently. after 16 years I was no longer in the computer. Oh but both dogs had just had baths there a month before and brand new rabies vaccines.... The wonderful tech that bathed them, Stephanie called me yesterday, we booked an appointment. I showed up 10 minutes early because of the lack of said rabies papers. There was a couple ahead of me so we waited. No one came out to greet us and another man skipped the line altogether to bring his 2 large dogs in...a foreign girl came out to get all of our info. She took our paperwork. Then came back out 10 minutes later to ask for paperwork on the right dog. I gave it to her, at this point very frustrated. She gave it back and asked for it again because she said it was expired. I literally had to point out the dates on the the paper July 2921 expiration date!!! No social Distancing!!!she went back in because we had to wait until the man with the 2 dogs came out. I waited total of 33minutes past my appointment time. The other couple ahead of me left. I did too. The customer service is disgusting. Oh and 3 other workers were just standing around. I have been a loyal customer through 4 dogs...I will never be back!!

Sherman Texas location. Two employees with no customers. I walked up to one near me and she was trying to avoid eye contact. I asked for dog houses. She was annoyed and replied if they had they would be in the corner then she looked back down. They had carriers. I walked out right by them they again would not acknowledge my presence.

I have been taking my golden doodle there since he was a puppy! Keep in mind I take him every two weeks. They get mad because I don’t let them shave my dog down! I pay at least $90 just for a bath and trim! The groomer don’t never dry him completely and get mad when I tell them he is damp! This place is horrible don’t ever take your dog to Petsmart West Ashley!!! Charleston SC!!! Amanda the manager is very rude!!!

I went to Petsmart on East State st. In Rockford Il. My first experience there at this location. I went for a present on a special occasion. 1 star only due to cashier who was nice. The employee was named Ashley B had an attitude when she walk up to me. Never said hi or anything. Just said what do you want. I said thank you and she just walked away. I would have bought a lot more if I hadn’t felt so frustrated with the very bad attitude of Ashley B. The store closed in 30 minutes and she looked so upset that I was making her work. There are way too many people that need jobs the store should not keep somebody like that. If you don’t like the job and hate people work somewhere else. Don’t go to this store. Petsmart in Machesney Park they have very friendly people and like their jobs.
