Took my dog there to have his nails trimmed as well as his teeth brush. They were done within ten minutes. I looked at my dog they did not clip his nails whatsoever, nor do I think they brushed his teeth. I paid money for them to put a bandana on him. Waste of money, would never go back.

Took my poodle Mechanicsburg, PA branch to get a cut from Lindsey based on Carol's recommendations that she was good with poodle cuts. I explained that we allowed his hair grow in effort to let my dog have a continental cut. My dog had the lowest and ugliest cut ever, it was so low he kept licking cuts on his skin. My dog and our family were not happy about the cut and whole experience. Never again!

Our cage for the crickets is only supposed to hold 20 crickets. They gave 40 crickets and they escaped! We asked for 20 not 40.

November 15, 2020, I made a appointment for a cut, a hour after dropping my dog off, I got a call saying that, I needed to come pick him up because, he was itching and scratchy. The cut was very inacceptable two times that I have taken him. I would not recommend the Pet Smart to anyone to the store 246 Harbison Blvd, Columbia. Poor Service. I want be back. Unsatisfied Customer.

There was 1 chinchilla in a box and it was very sad and it looked like the display box hadn’t been cleaned in months.... poop everywhere and chinchilla looked distressed. Same for fish, the fish looked very sad and lonely. Staff was not friendly and bones for dogs are overpriced.

I asked them what they charge to spay my kitty...$350...my vet only charges $125....NOT GOING TO PETSMART

Negative Five Stars Ordered prescription food online--five days later hasn't shipped. Chewy's would have had the order here several days ago. Called three times in effort to cancel order. Never again.

Husband went to PetSmart for meds for Hookworm in Cats. He was told cats don't get Hookworm. Are you kidding! He had no idea what he was talking about and should not give advise he knows nothing about.
