Honestly, I am not sure what kind of brain if people working @ Petsmart Corp. The experience with Petsmart online service is totally awe full. First, Petsmart online order is very slow in provers so you cannot pick up the online order stuffs in time. Second: They only give you 3 days to pick up online order. Seriously? Petsmart products are really that hot? If so, how come Petsmart financial is not impressive? Third: I really think PetSmart should reorganize its online order team to be more competitive & efficient.. Or I just can see this company will not last long.

Ordered 3 items online. They were too small . I called customer service and said returning is not a problem. We will email you a return label. I said great! I received email with the return address to ship to. Cost me $14.00 to return a $52.00 order. The order was returned and received November 23. Still no refund and every email has requested tracking which I have sent with each email. Never again. I will stick with Chewy, better pricing and outstanding customer service.

$106 dollar food/reptile light order was lost by their carrier FedEx. They should have done more research and chose a better carrier that doesn't have a history of losing/mis-delivering packages. Their website is having "technical difficulties" so I still have not received a refund or refund confirmation e-mail. Disappointed to say the least. Order#: 42226080

I went to the Gulfport Ms store because I have a problem with my cat. So after speaking to a couple people who work there the only way to help us if I bring what is essentially a wild cat in for examination. When I asked about the overpriced prescription food they said that unless you’re pet is brought in for examination that I’m not allowed 🚫 to buy that prescription food. So it appears that unless I’m prepared to spend 500 dollars or more on an examination of what I already know then nobody wants to help me out. After looking at the ingredients on their highly inflated prescription only food I went back on the isles and looked at what was in the regular price cat food ingredients and guess what it’s virtually the same as what’s in their overpriced prescription food. After leaving the pet smart store I went and asked a local vet if there was any special prescription food for older cats. I was essentially told that pet smart (ass) was blowing smoke up my butt so that they could rip me off for stuff that wouldn’t do a damn thing for my cat. The vet said just buy the stuff off the shelf formulated for older pets. The Gulfport Ms pet smart used to care about customers but now it’s caring about the dollars sorta like our soon to be ex president. What a shame because it used to be a good store!

Horrible took my dog in awhile ago for hair cut got him they tell us he freaking out to much and he could hurt others dogs and himself be they don’t make the dogs feel safe very pissed will never bring dog again ur better off having a mobile grooming by it more safer and they won’t kill or injure ur dog staff was garbage would not listen to us about r dog and how many years we brought it this in Norwalk ct pos store grooming management beware they care for anything but making money even during this pandemic hope this place will close down and go out of business and all abused pet will be put in a safe place away from these sleeze bags of what u call professional

Was not pleased with every petsmart that i have gone to. The customer service was ok not the greatest. But my number one problem with petsmart is how they take care of there animals and the well being of them. I've gotten my fish from several petsmarts and every time I go in there, the fish are dead and floating at the top. It is so bad for the other fish because of the toxins the dead one feeds off and contaminates the water. It makes the healthier fish sick and i hate that. I went to the Scarborough one and they had several fish dead and floating in every tank and the workers didnt do anything about it. Im very disappointed how the workers take care of those stores. They honestly should be embarrassed to work for a company that doesn't give a crap about how the animals are taken care of.

Thursday night my dog got sprayed by a skunk. I rushed to PetSmart to buy their odour removal product and was able to get there before they closed (around 8:45 pm). I informed the man in the shop of the situation while staying outside the door, but was told to order it online and pick it up tomorrow morning. We were thankfully able to use a home remedy and with considerable effort were able to get the situation under control without any help from this store. That the employee would not sell me the product even though the store was open and I remained outside the premises due to COVID restrictions is unacceptable. He showed little understanding or appreciation of the urgency of the situation. This is very disappointing for a business that specializes in pet care.

Agree with bad reviews. The only reason I went there was because of a gift card. Then they want your phone # to get the sale price, which, you have to read the fine print. I have other things to do in life, also noticing the amount of tricky fine print on their web-site. :(
