During Covid 19 period, the staff not respecting social distancing. They brought other customers to my location without giving me a warning or option to leave before they arrive or offering to wait for me to make my selection. This happened on more than one occasion.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, will not go back. Petco is 100 times better

Don't use PetSmart website to check your gift card balance!! It always says "Invalid account number or the account is closed." Yes, I checked all the info I entered. I used a brand new gift card I bought to check the balance, still give me the same message. When I called the 1800 # to check the balance, it gives me correct balance info. I don't know how many gift cards I had discarded thinking it had zero balance and got closed from the website misleading info. If they don't fix this problem, I believe they are out to "steal" your gift card money. I will take my business elsewhere!!

I would not recommend ever buying fish from petsmart On Christmas EveI bought 4 Fish for my tank It was established for 2 years I thought it be a wonderful gift to life For Myself for Christmas within 15 hours all my fish Where sick and dying I Bought ick medicine A mediately And put it in the tank Which didn't do a thing Their willing to give me back $3 for the fish what about the loss of the tank and every other fish in it I would never recommend this place There that poore with the care Of their fish I hate to think what else are lacking

We have taken our dogs for grooming to the Bradenton petsmart. Our normal groomer (Crystal) is no longer there, but our dogs have been groomed there for years. The two people that did the grooming this week should not be groomers. Our mixed breed was okay. But our labradoodle was not only shaved but cut in many places and traumatized. We will never again use petsmart

The lady at the Lake Mead location was extremely rude about asking for her help and made it clear that we were wasting her time. I had never done the pick up before and she was talking to me like i was absolutely stupid where the sign was and took her sweet time going to get my order. Then when she walked back didn’t have her name tag on when i went to look for it. Will never be buying from the company again. pathetic.

On 12/14/2020 I placed an order online at PetSmart. According to tracking, the package was delivered on 12/17/2020. I contacted PetSmart on 12/23/2020 informing them the package was not received. No treats for my “kids” for Christmas! On 12/24/2020 I received an emailed from PetSmart support/customer service to “check with your neighbors”. In other words we show it was delivered and we don’t care that your kids don’t have a Christmas treat and you are out $55.40. I am soooo disappointed in PetSmart!!! I have donated so much to them and they don’t care my pets/kids were disappointed on Christmas because they didn’t have their favorite treats!

On website, print ad, and in app, advertised a buy one get one free offer. Cannot place order to get sale price. Hung up on twice by "customer service". All in-store experiences are great, but website and corporate need a lot of work.
