Recently placed an order of some canned cat food because it was on sale on their website. Around a week later got an email saying my entire order was canceled because they don't have what I ordered, which was not true because their website clearly labeled them as "in stock" (at the time I got the email).

Oshkosh, WI Regarding Lauren- Extremely bad service. She should not be allowed in Customer service yet alone working with animals. Management was made aware! I was warned not to let my dogs inside Oshkosh building from a past employee. Regional Management should be made aware of all complaints as Oshkosh Management will cover for shady work habits!

My friends dog got a shave and they shave the hole face

I have a complaint about one of your groomers named Ty B. at the Owings Mills, Md location.So unprofessional for this groomer to tell me that they can't groom my dog when I was actually almost at the store. My dog, Baylee, had an appt scheduled on Sunday Feb 28th at 2:30. When I was on my way I called the grooming salon twice to let them know I was almost there. No one answered the phone the 2 times I called. When I called a third time finally someone answered. At that time it was 2:29pm I told the associate that I was 2 traffic lights away, but they told me the groomer Ty would not service my dog and that my appt was going to be canceled. How rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated this way. The weather was horrible. It was raining a lot and I was almost there to the store. I was giving this PetSmart location another try after having a bad experience with them a few years ago. I will never go to PetSmart again.

Would give the Lacey WA store a zero but can't. Went in the store yesterday to buy a toy for my dog (dachshund) and asked the store attendant if they had any aggressive chew toys as my dog has sharp teeth. She directed me to a toy she said would work. Bought the toy and took it home; within one hour the dog had chewed a hole in the toy. Took it back the next day and was told Petsmart doesn't guarantee what the manufacturer says and I'd have to call them. No offer for any assistance from them! There's too many pet stores I can purchase from who actually values their customers, so goodbye Petsmart.

Horrible customer service , dog poop smeared on the floor and a dog terd just laying in the floor , then we picked a item off the shelf a elevated dog bed $24.99 there was 2 in stock when the cashier rang up it was $.02 cents so I was honest and told her oh that was supposed to be $24 & she says it’s discontinued we can’t sell that and manger was very rude 1st and last visit there . This was in a Louisville store .

I’m extremely mad, I ordered some wax worms yesterday and chose the door dash option, they were supposed to be her TODAY before 7pm it’s now 8:40pm and no package or messages telling me where it’s at

I purchased a $300 fish tank right before covid (plus the $200 for setup). When the employee wheeled it out I asked why it wasnt in the box. He replied, we just put it together to replace the current display. It looked fine in the store. ( but it was the old display).. Got home filled the tank and noticed all the little wear and tear. Called and asked if I could return the tank. They said since I filled it I'd be charged and couldnt get back the full amount I paid for it (it was new right??) I figured it wasnt worth the hassle and it held water without leaks(even though I paid full price>:[. Went back to buy fish at the location on Coors bypass. I wanted to get tiger barbs and a few glow fish. The girl working the fish area was very unkonwledgable and kept trying to push molly fish and those moss balls that consume your tank with algae. It was like beating a ball against a wall to get the fish I wanted. She kept telling me what these fish needed.. I've owned fish tanks for over fifteen yrs. Please let me get the fish I want...Because of the dishonesty and lack of knowledge also my not wanting to deal with such petty stuff. covid happening right after I bought all this crap... I've been stuck with crappy merchandise and will probably never see the $500 I spent trying to make this crap work. I really miss the days where employees were knowledgeable and held responsible.
