Ive had to contact PetSmart multiple times regarding an issue with Afterpay. Even though PetSmart did everything they needed to regarding my order, and it’s really Afterpays fault, the customer service has been EXCELLENT! Everyone I’ve spoken to has been super helpful, very nice and even sent me an e-gift card unexpectedly. Customer service has plummeted since Covid, but not at PetSmart!!!

My cat Lola LOVES the temptation treats so much. When she gets stuck under the bed it's what motivates her to get out!! I even made a YouTube video for her "Miss Lola stuck under the bed" by AngelaZ :-)

I love PetSmart. And all you soothsayers don’t realize that the vet and the groomer are separate entities from the store itself. To all the Karens out there (except those who are Karens who aren’t expecting the impossible), get your facts straight. I love this store. Aside from a few items I’ve gotten from Amazon, this is my go-to for pet supplies… which is all one should write about in a pet store. My animals I’ve bought from PetSmart have all been extremely healthy as well. Also, you can comparison price there, so if you find your food cheaper somewhere else… well, you get it for that price!

My dog bambam was always happy when he came home from a grooming so 5stars!!!

We purchased a automatic water dish for our cats on July 10th. It quit working the first week of August. I took it back to the Centerville, Utah Store and worked with Aerin. She was wonderful in helping me to get a new one. It's this type of service that keeps me coming back. Something that Petco refused to do. I am grateful for the professional assistance today

I took our Morkie to the Red Deer Pet Smart for her Grooming. I was called prior to our Appointment time to ensure the time and date. Upon my arrival the clipping area was a Bee Hive of Activity. A few dogs all nice and quiet and looking Happy. I was met by Karie who explained things in detail to ensure what she was doing to Molly for us. I handed her over and she really made her feel relaxed. I received a call when she was ready and when I picked her up she looked great and was really a Happy Pooch. The price was reasonable and the Staff was great. Looks like a very Happy place. Everybody wore a smile. I felt very comfortable with leaving our Dog there.
