Never again at Petsmart, Families & Friends Like to warn everyone & anyone that's has fur babies never take them to be groom at PetSmart, 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I should of stopped the first month, when they burn Senor Rai Fur Baby Kolby, but thinking it was mistake took poor babie back three times in a row they burned him badly,of course they refunded my money ,Money isn't the problem, Hurting Our Fur Baby Is !! ,Decided to take them to a local groomers, did beautiful job, Won't Ever Step Into That Store Again,😡😡😡 and if you could see the pictures I have taken you definitely agree to!!

The grooming staff were just plain ignorant. They have a "you need me, I don't need you" attitude. When arriving for the first time with our puppy I had his vaccination tag with his unique bar code. I was told I could not leave him because I didn't have the paperwork with me. Instead of figuring out something that works, and cosidering I was supposed to be at work at this time, (bring the proof in support of the tag later or at pick up perhaps?) I was told they could not take him. I went out, got the paperwork, went back and was told by "Chieko" that she could not see him because I didn't "promise" I would be back - as though she had taken another appointment in the interim, and as though I needed some kind of personal promise to her personally.... Shocking treatment from an employee who obviously feels "superior" to her clients. I wouldn't leave my dog in the care of vindictive, ignorant people like this if they paid me. Shocking.

We are very disappointed in PetSmart staff services. It is not acceptable to refuse any Pet from grooming, because pets might get nervous while being groomed. The pets are innocent beings which if they are not handled with care and love, might react to the groomer. The only explanation is that the PetSmart staff is under-qualified to deal with pets, that's a fact. Try to hire more qualified staff that really love animals not just do it for money. It is unacceptable!!!!

I would like to give a honest review about the N27th Petsmart Lincoln Ne but the last three days after I posted a review about the poor grooming area my post is deleted. The grooming staff would rather turn me away for a 10 minute nail trimming job simply because I didn’t make a appointment. I would go during the week days and their website even says appointments are preferred but not mandatory. I don’t believe a 10 minute nail trimming needs a appointment We’re going to a better place, I will not miss standing in dog urine at the front entrance anyway! This is a fact not a opinion

Worst experience everrr.. Took my baby(shi-poo) to get groomed and omg cut him too low, well you can say bald!! If you know that breed, then you should know they’re very puffy, now he look like a hairless cat, ewww!!! Big gap in middle of his head, cut all the hair off his tail and his ears .... dogs are like humans to me and he (Sam) has feelings, if you ask me they lowered his self esteem.... NEVER NO MORE WILL HE GO THERE....PetSmart New Iberia!!! I recommend no one one go there for grooming, great to shop tho lol. And for what we paid wasn’t worth a penny!!! Booooooooo NEW GROOMERS!! Guess anybody qualified...

I placed an online order on March 21, for a same day delivery for three bags of dog food. There was no issues, I picked my preferred time, and payment went through. I receive an email later on stating that they wouldn't deliver until March 22, between 7 and 10pm. I wasn't happy , as my dogs didn't have food. But at the time also understood delivery services can be busy . I wait around all night for this food and nothing shows up. First thing in the morning, on the 23rd I call PetSmart, and explain the situation. The manager on duty did not try to rectify the situation in the slightest. She blamed door dash and there was nothing she could do other then call them and they would "try" to deliver it today. I already fed my dog chicken and rice of my own food the previous day, and there is no way I was going to wait around all day for a possibility. I work in customer service, in the retail industry, and i am in absolute shock at the lack of care a company can have for their customers. This is YOUR product and you choose to have a delivery company handle it. In no way is the issue on them at this moment, and the manager did nothing but deflect. I have absolutely no interest in ever stepping foot in that store again and I will make it loud and clear to friends and family as well.

Wow maybe i shoulda read all the bad reviews first. Horrible experience at the grooming. My dog was turned away because she had some matting. Im sorry thats why im paying a groomer. She is 11 years old and has been to petco and paws for purrs in worse conditions to be honest. Ive always brought her in and was told "i may have to double brush her" or " i may have to trim some hair" never turned away. I only went here bc of a coupon. Complete waist of time not even worth the coupon . I shoulda learned when they sold me a sick reptile. I have lost all repeat for petsmart.

PetSmart does not take care of their animals. Their tanks are filled with dead and dying fish. Before shopping there look online to read about how they treat their animals. In addition they do not train their staff, they are very often not knowledgeable and do not care about the animals coming in.
