I took my dog for grooming at 11 for a 11:30am appointment and told the person who took my dog “DO NOT PUT A COLLAR OR LEASH AROUND HER NECK” and this is supposed to be in her chart, well I came back at 3 pm thinking she would be close to being done “NOT”!!!! I could see my dog with a leash around her neck and she wasn’t even close to being finished!!!! I went in and told them to put the leash around her belly!!! They don’t listen to anything you tell them!!! The worst grooming I have ever seen!!!! They said my schnauzer had many mats and they had to cut her completely down, you mean chop her completely down!!!! I am so mad and will NEVER, EVER TAKE MY DOG BACK THERE AGAIN!!! I talked to the so called mangers and they were also a joke!!!! We were there 5 hrs for this mess, NEVER AGAIN!!!!! This was at the PetSmart at Easton, Columbus, Ohio.

I was gifted a Betta Fish on May 1, 2021 for my birthday that was bought on May 1, 2021. We followed the instructions of the employee to set up the tank. Fish was dead on evening of May 3, 2021. Went in on May 4, 2021 to get a replacement fish, PetSmart would not exchange or refund, they said it was our fault the fish died so quickly. We bought a new Betta on May 4, 2021 had the water prepped and ready after finding the original fish dead. We put the new fish in the tank and it was again dead by May 5, 2021. 2 Betta fish dead from the same PetSmart in Virginia Beach in a matter of 5 days.They should not die that quickly. I have never this problem with Betta fish before. I am skeptical of going back to get a third betta fish.

If I could give a ZERO, I would. PETSMART IS HORRIBLE, THEY DON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU A BOGUS REASON. THEN THEY REFUND ME 8.48, WHEN IT SHOULD BE 80.48. THEY CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. I CALLED 3 TIMES, AND GOT NOWHERE. DONT USE PETSMART!!!!!!!! The Customer Service Reps are horrible, copping an attitude, GET RETRAINED!!!! YOU SHOULD NOT BE ANSWERING A PHONE!

I took my dog in to trim around his eyes so he can see, it took 15 min, groomer walked out said he was moving around to much and he got his eyelid cut. Groomer blamed her mistake on a puppy moving too much. Months later I go in to trim his nails and they want to keep him for 3 hrs. Worst customer service ever. I told them what I wanted to get done, but they do not listen. By far the worst experience my dog has gone thru. He is terrified of even being in the store now.

I ordered Petsmart food with doordash delivery never got my delivery called Petsmart they said call DoorDash I called DoorDash they said call Petsmart called PetSmart back and the manager was rude no one knows what is going on and where my order is! Manager told me to call corporate they are closed on Saturdays! Never Again! Do not trust this company!

I was just at the Petsmart in Erie, PA (Sunday May 2nd around 4:30) there was blackish/grey lhasa apso in the grooming area screaming. The female groomer was holding one of the dogs back legs and trying to drag a comb through its fur. Everytime she did this the dog screamed and tried to get free. Let me add the comb appeared to be getting stuck and she still tried to pull it through. After the 3rd time I saw this happen, she mouthed to the other person in the room, what am I supposed to do. It broke my heart for that poor dog.

PetSmart on Watson grooming manager and store manager are awful. Had appoint for nail grind. The technician unhooked the leash from my dogs harness and used the loop leash ...strangling her and trying to drag her. My dog is a rescue from abuse and submissive so she peed while being strangled and dragged. Since she peed they refused to trim her nails and said that due to my dog being stressed and with COVID for health and safety for all we needed to leave. I was sent out of the waiting room that made my dog more stressed. I watched thru the glass as this occurred and went back in to rescue my dog. I have been going there for 10 years and NEVER again will I ever return nor purchase anything from PetSmart. Lizzi the new grooming manager continued to make things worse and when I said I would not return another technician commented “good”.....really is this how your pet or loyalty should be treated? Do not recommend this store or grooming. I should have listened to my neighbors who had a horrible experience and will not return.

Petsmart doesn't deserve 1 star if I could give them a zero I certainly would. I had an appointment today at Petsmart Salon this morning at 10:30am and when I got there someone was in the salon so the associate told me to wait outside until she helps the customer. I waited outside for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. When they finally said to come in and getting checked in and I realized I didn't have my dog rabies shot record so I told her I will get a copy from the hospital in the back. When I return less an 5 minutes there was a customer inside so I still waited. I noticed they were checking the other lady in when I have been waiting over 30 minutes. So the associate came outside to ask me if I could come back at 2pm I told her no because I have come a long way and I had an appointment at 10:30 that I now have been waiting over 40 minutes. I told the lady this was really unfair that you would help another customer when I have been waiting so long but they still took care of the other customer instead of me....I told them this was very unacceptable and unfair. They should have taken care of the me first since I have been waiting so long. I contacted the store manager and she said it was very unprofessional and not right what happen and she apologized. I will definitely call The Corporate Office to file a verbal complaint on this grooming salon. If anyone goes to the Petsmart salon on Apalachee Parkway turn around. Do not waste your time. I will never go there again.
