We just lost our most aggressive fish, we said that we would not get any more fish until we did, so we went to PetSmart's to get some more fish to go in our tank. We were going to get; two pink, two blue, and two gold gourami, we had two pink kissers 4 years ago and I really liked them. They was a new girl working and she started to give us a hard time, she asked us how big are tank is, we told her 20 gallons, she would not sell us all six of the fish, she said that the tank was not big enough. She told us that we could have both of the bluefish and one gold. She spoke to us like we was ignorant. She acted like since she just got hired on there taking care of the fish that she knew better than us, she acted like we didn't knowhow to take care of fish. We know about fish, my fiance and I got our tank several years ago, he has been raising fish for 32 years. And people is not stupid,they know when the fish gets too big for the tank to take it out and put it in another one. I have never seen service like this before. Petco does not have a big variety like PetSmart's does, but they don't try to pry in your personal business lock PetSmart's does. I understand trying to look out for fish, I believe in taking care of them, but that was ridiculous. It shouldn't be so difficult to buy fish, we are not stupid.

I went to pet smart in Fredericksburg va Central Park location...we took our 5 month old yorkiepoo and we showed them pictures and told them what we wanted..they were suppose to cut half his hair...we went to pick him up and they had given him the basic puppy cut where they cut it all low all over with the top ..I don’t know what that was....for now on I’m taking my dog to someone with years of experience on my dog type...hopefully it grows back l8ke it was

We go there to get our fish for a ten gallon. It had been ready for a long time, cycled etc. We got a few neon tetra but while the worker helped us, he dropped one, then proceeded to pick it up by its tail and toss it back in the tank. I thought maybe he was just a bit new and it was fine. I went home and after doing all the necessary things to put in the fish I noticed a panda Cory had a bent upward tail. I looked into it and discovered it was either disease or malnutrition.

Lake square Mall PetSmart The ladies that work in the grooming Dept are very nice however the posted hours can not count on. 3 times now have gone in to find they are not open during their posted hours. Second time now that I have gone in to have nails done and the person the time before forgot to note I brought in updated shot records. I have had a total of 5 wasted trips through no fault of my own. I have to say the one thing I do not have enough of is time so I have a real issue with these kinds of things especially when it becomes a pattern. Multiple times for same mistake that costs me time and money. This is PetSmart in Leesburg Florida

I have 3 dogs and since they are my kids, I invest money in them. I have used Petsmart training. My current pup is enrolled in the intermediate class. I paid for the package and I have a friend that I recommended Petsmart training to and she bought the package. We did the puppy class. It went well. Then, we started the intermediate class. If I knew what I know now, I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT THE PACKAGE!!!! We have no physical location to work in. WE ARE JUST STUFFED in individual aisles. It’s difficult to hear everything because we are so spread out. The first two or three classes started late because displays had to be moved out of the middle of the aisles. Still I have tried to work with it but today did me in. I ended up in 3 locations. First, I put my stuff down and as I journeyed to the back of the store to get a stupid stool; another student commandeered the aisle. So I sat in the aisle next it it. The trainer had us move again. This time in the aisle in front of the Vet and Grooming center. We might as well been out in the middle of the Interstate. We couldn’t hardly work at all. Yes, distractions are part of it but ALL WE HAD WERE DISTRACTIONS! Somewhere in the process, I laid my phone down. Couldn’t find it. It had gotten knocked back on dog food bags. Yes, I should have had a pocket deep enough to put it in. I run around everywhere to find it. Even busted my lip in my frenzy to open the car door. So, when we finally found my phone, I’m angry frustrated and bleeding. (At least, I got to meet some of my other class members. I usually can’t see them in the other aisles.) The trainer was kind and even scheduled a make up class. I like the instructor. He’s the probably the best Petsmart trainer I’ve worked with. However, HE HAS NOWHERE TO WORK! I believe that this company understands that the training brings in customers who not only pay for training but buy other goods and services. I would think that accommodating the training classes would be a PRIORITY but obviously not at the Powell location. I chose Petsmart as a venue because of the interaction between other pets and their owners. I knew that we would have to work some in the store. I DID NOT EXPECT TO BE SITTING IN BETWEEN FEED BAGS WONDERING WHO WAS IN MY CLASS and WHAT THE INSTRUCTOR IS SAYING!! THE ADVANCED CLASS HAD BETTER NOT BE LIKE THIS!!! IF YOU CANNOT ACCOMMODATE US THEN DON’T TAKE OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!! And, no, I do not want to go across town to another location. I already work with a private trainer in working with my other dog, who is in service dog training. I will just pick up with him and find another way to get her with other people and pups. This needs to be resolved.

The prices aren't worth it, and their online service is horrible. I used to be a very loyal customer and worker at petsmart but as they grew, their quality diminished. Employees at the store were rude and very unhelpful. Some of them didn't even seem to like animals at all. Very, very disheartening.

got some great stuff delivered but my dog didn't like it.
