Took my dog for a summer shave down! Looks like I got the rookie and horrible groomer! Sloppy job all chopped up I don’t recommend the Persmart on Berlin-Crosskeys rd in Sicklerville Go to a pet salon who specializes in this

I was very disappointed in the grooming section. My dog Jessie looked like a totally different dog when she came back out and before we even got out of the parking lot two of her paws were cut and bleeding.

We purchased a doggy door for $350 it was the wrong size so we returned it but now every week they take $350out of our account. We are currently living a nightmare and these people will not stop stealing our money Every week we have to fight them to get it back They are simply stealing our money weekly and don't stop doing it. Be Ware of petsmart if you purchase something online........ I am doing a follow up it's been 4 weeks they have take it another additional $600 out of are checking now that money Is in dispute We are in to over a $1000 now And it is still not resolved

This place is cute and all, but these people don’t actually know how to take care of animals. The grooms are terrible, the service is bad, the animals living conditions are bad, and everything is overpriced. Not to mention people finding their animals in dumpsters. It’s so much better to just go somewhere else, don’t support petsmart.

Saw an ad on tv for Petsmart claiming they had a 25% sale on until June 30. Phoned our store at Beacon Hill, Calgary and they had not heard anything about a sale. The women checked and confirmed the sale was for 1 item until June 30. Went there the next day and when I got to the cashier she said you have to be a member. I left the 20lb bag of dogfood beside the isle and walked out.

they abuse dogs. they will physically choke your dog and will not care of the effects many people have also had same situations do not shop or support pet smart. they should not have access to animals. #animalcrueltyatitsfinest

The location In greenwood offer the worst customer service they never acknowledge the customers you’ll be waiting and waiting till someone finally approach you it’s insane it’s the only pet smart near me or else I would never in my entire life shop here my advice to the owner please get some employees that actually Care bout your business and customers.
