I showed up for their sale on the 2nd day but the entire shelf area for this product was empty. When I asked, I was told the product never came in. I asked if I could get a rain check but was told no, they don't guarantee prices. Their advertised price for the item was $46 (same as Amazon.ca), reduced from $53. If this company is trying to give the impression that they can compete with Amazon, why not cut the price in half or claim they are giving it away for free. After all, they don't have the product so there will be no sale, and they won't lose any money but got you to come into the store. Very dishonest marketing. It will only be in desperation that I return to their store.

I purchased this aquarium 2.5 months ago. Looked great at first. Fish were doing well and this morning almost half of the water was on my brand new floor. I spent almost $2000 on flooring and now have to rip it up because all the water is under the flooring. Seriously don’t buy this product. Now have to find a better tank to put my fish in before they die. Gonna have to go much better and bigger.😡🤬

I will never buy anything or take my dog to pet smart ever again took my dog to groomer 1st was turned away for no proof of rabies shot drove 25min back home got vet packet with all credentials then was turned away for the 2nd time cause I chose to muzzle him cause of other animals in and out of store he's only a puppy and have never been with other dogs just our cats..Only wanted his nails trimmed and he is more calm with muzzle..

The service for grooming is great But, try to make appointment is horrible, unless you go to the store. By phone no body answer, in the internet no appointment

The worst grooming I have ever seen!!!! I took my Maltese for bath and hair cut, At Petsmart , 2140 Rainbow, Las Vegas (NV). I dropped her at 9:00 , and they called me to pick up at 4:00 … seven hours!!! They said my dog had many knots, wasn’t true because I washed her a week ago, and I brush her every day, and they had to cut her completely down, you mean shave her completely to a 1/10 of inch. I am so mad and will NEVER, EVER TAKE MY DOG BACK THERE AGAIN!!! She looks so ugly , and my daughter cried for hours.

I took my 7 month old Australian shepherd here to get his first haircut. When I went to pick him up I was told to pay first and then they would bring him out to me. I did just that and then was informed by the groomer, Makeena, that my dog was afraid of the sound of the clippers so she couldn’t finish his entire haircut. I didn’t think much of it until I got home and noticed that the giant bandana covering his back was hiding the fact that he didn’t get ANY hair trimmed on his back, chest or front legs. He was only trimmed around his butt and his back legs. I paid full price for less than half a haircut. My dog was there for 4 hours and I never received a phone call that they were struggling with him. What’s worse is I reached out to customer service but they never contacted me back. Needless to say I wouldn’t NOT recommend bringing your dog to PetSmart salons. Especially if they are a puppy.

I DO NOT recommend grooming with the petsmart store in Redlands, CA. I called in for an appointment and clearly mentioned that I would need an experienced groomer for hair cut and shampoo. They kept my puppy who is less than an year old from 8:00 - 2:30 and finished half way and gave us a call asking us to take him home right away and they cannot complete it because he was too stressed. Poor thing , they didn't even take him to pee once. He was traumatized. He had some bleeding on his head couple of hours after we got him home. And the worst part is , when I called asking them if I could bring him the following day, they said they didn't have appointment for the next 10 days. I will never take my pet their again. Lesson learnt the hard way.

Took my dog to the Doggie Daycare for a weekend. The next day my dog started coughing, sneezing, and had a runny nose. My dog doesn’t go around other dogs so I call my Vet and she said bring him in it might be Kennel Cough (he is up on his Kennel Cough shot). She said there are different strains. But it can develop into pneumonia. Could he had gotten it from Pet Smart Doggie Daycare? I think so. This is not the first bad experience I have had with Pet Smart they put a big gash in my dog’s back from the grooming clippers. When I brought it to their attention they said it was from flea bites. Really! Stay away pet lovers!
