August 8th 2021 I took my certified emotional support dog Maria long hair Chihuahua to Banfield Hospital inside PetSmart Mesquite Texas. I was treating her for fleas and ear mites. She needed more than me so I took her to the vet what I got was a $283 vet bill a quarter shampoo a quart of ear wash and your medicine and a lecture from the doctor herself on how she doesn't have fleas or ear mites what's wrong with this picture? She's back where she started a bit worse.

Was in the store in Sonora California this evening when I witnessed an employee named Catherine yelling and swearing at a customer. She made a very big nasty scene. If that's the customer service they are offering, I will go elsewhere from now on. The woman should be fired for her behavior.

I took my rescue Schnauzer mix in for bath and haircut. I have been pleased with the groomers the last 4-5 visits. Not this time. I picked up my Daisy to find her shaved! Groomer told me I asked for a 10- Schnauzer. I told them I wanted “whatever you all did the last several times/ been so happy with it!” No one showed me a grooming guideline for a 10. Groomer was belligerent. I will never return to PetSmart in Pinebrook again. I also plan on posting this review. Shame on PetSmart !

Needed Rx pet Food. My vet authorized Food with a Rx. Pre paid. But it seems customer service has to approve purchase not the Vet services. Called customer service. It’s a 20 min hold. Very bad system. Cancelled order never shop there again.

I had the best service always at LAKE MARY, FL Petsmart. We are currently away in Connecticut. I took my Shih tzu mix to Petsmart in Guilford, CT and received the worst service ever. (Even though our girl in Lake Mary told me she put notes about my dog in the system.) Although I had pre-trimmed a lot of hair off him before arriving. Basically NOTHING WAS Done. They did not shave him except a small area on his tummy. Yet, I was charged full price. I will never go there again nor trust them.

Usually order online from Chewy, but they were out of the prescription cat food this time. Thought I'd order from PetSmart since our cat's vet is associated with Banfield attached to the store. At Chewy you can upload a copy of the prescription and the order comes within 4 days. PetSmart online does not do that. They take days calling the vet until they get authorization, and then it takes another 4 days to get things packaged to deliver, and another 4+ days for the package to arrive. Meanwhile we run out of food. When I called customer service, they would not offer any solution such as expediting the delivery. Now I have to drive to the next town to pay more $$ for the food (expensive stuff), on the day before I have to go into surgery.

Took my dog to Petsmart on Wonderland Rd in London for a dog wash. I used their service for years but will never go back. They said they needed three hours for a bath but it appears they my dog in a cage for a lengthy period of time since they were "busy." My dogs legs were never brushed and their was hair falling out as we left. I wanted to book an immediate appointment elsewhere.

I purposely checked online to see if the item I needed was available at my nearby store, it stated In Stock. It did not say low stock, it said in. When I arrived at the store the shelf was empty, I then asked the girl at the front for assistance and she was told they did not have any. Once I arrived home I decided to order it online for same day service because I was not able to go driving around to neighboring stores. I placed my ordered with the fastest time slot I needed, my payment was withdrawn from my account and I awaited my confirmation email. The email I did receive stated that there had been a technical issue so they were unable to fulfill my order and could I please place it again. I checked my account only to find the funds were still gone, to say the least I am unable to reorder until I have my money back. I have called customer service on two occasions, the first said I would have it within 24 hours and that it’s possible I didn’t use a capital in my name or something along that line of simple mistake. I just made my second call as it has been almost 48 hours but this time I am told that it may take 3-7 business days to have MY money returned. For some reason the security or fraud department cancelled my order and I feel that they have stollen my money. I am more than disappointed, especially when we have all had out of the ordinary obstacles over the last year or more along with the fact that I did not at least receive a call about the unknown issue before it was cancelled and or because the store obviously has not updated their inventory. So I guess at Pet Smart only the pets are smart.
