Took my dog for grooming, the groomer was Ashley. When I picked her up my dog was half way done. She claimed she could not finish her because she was too nervous. My dog looked awful. Tried not to make a big deal out of it. She had started cutting her hair and left her half done. She asked me to reschedule to a day when the store was less noisy. Had to reschedul and when I returned, they've failed to mention that her vaccine had expired. So my dog was looking crazy for over 2 months because my clinic was booked. I took her to Petco, after the vaccination where I got the exact same service with more experiengroomer that can deal with all kinds of dogs personality and they're way cheaper. And my dog looked amazing. My groomer told me she had no problem whatsoever.

Dog food scam
I been buying my dogs prescription food here. My dog has diabetes and has prescribed this food for her. Our prescription was expired and we were tried to get it updated in store. This has never been an issue the last 2 years we got food here btw. A simple phone call was all we needed ro up date this but they refused and said we would have to bring our dog in to be examined even though our vet has done this already and all they had to do was call and verify. I won't be back to your store ever. Thats not only lazy but a rip off.

Took my dogs to be groomed last month
Took my dogs to be groomed last month, they did a great job so I made another appointment for today. Well check in was like the worse scrutiny, they can’t have a bather they have to have a groomer, they have to have a furminator, have to shave the stomach, honestly my dogs didn’t warrant these ad ons, I left because it was obviously an attempt to change my bill from $37 to above $70, it’s their rule well my rule is I’m still in charge of my dog—-I left , I don’t recommend going there under any circumstances

Hugely disappointed.
I have brought all three of my dogs to PetSmart grooming on Valvista/Guadeloupe for many years.
For the first time ever…nails were not cut. No discount. To me there is no excuse since I paid full price.
Today I took one dog in for grooming. I’m having shoulder surgery tomorrow, so this was important to get done and I let them know as making the appointment.
As I was dropping him off, the gal learned he has epilepsy…as he has had for several years. I was told if he gets stressed out, they would have me get him ungroomed. He was already stressed out. All dogs are stressed going for haircuts-in my experience. He has never had an issue getting cut but this groomer made me feel un confident leaving him. There was no reason for this at all. He goes there every other month. Hugely disappointed. They have lost my business and the Income of grooming THREE dogs. I spoke to the manager to try to resolve this and she could care less. Seemed very disinterested.

Either Petsmart or Sharon Have Become Shady and Desperate
Beware of the groomer named Sharon. I have heard SO many terrible things about Petsmart's grooming, but have continued to take my 4 year old yorkie and even my yorkie before to Petsmart Cedar Park and Georgetown for the last 13 years. I am not exactly a grooming snob. Today was the last day! I am not even sure how to shorten this nightmare.
I had to wait 15 minutes to get in the door due to the new "one family" rule, which was fine, even though I was nervous that they would cancel my appt. Then, noticing a groomer deathly afraid of a black lab before me, found out she was my dog's groomer, once I got in.... Her name is Sharon. Once in, Sharon ran her fingers through my dog's skirt, and immediately told me it would be an extra $8. This has NEVER happened with any groomer that I have gone to there, AND he had NO tangles! I told her that was crazy and that there were no tangles. She argued with me, and said I would have to pay the $8. I then told her that I could purchase a brush and brush him (which he did not need) in seconds for cheaper than that, and she told me that I didn't have enough time and that my appt. would be cancelled. Realizing that she was serious, I told her she had to be kidding (about the time and cancellation), and that if I hadn't had to wait 15 minutes, I would have had plenty of time to brush him. She gave me 10 minutes, so I went out, brushed him, and was back in less than 2 minutes. At first, she wouldn't wait on me, and then she finally came up to the counter, took my dog, ran a flea comb wide brush through his hair abrasively, made it through 3 or 4 time until she created a matte, and told me it was still going be $8. I asked for a manager. The manager was able to brush my dog fine, and questioned Sharon. Sharon still refused. The manager told me that if I had purchased the Top Dog, that would explain why I had never been charged before, because they used a special conditioner. I told her that I purchased the Top Dog online, as that is what I always get. Another groomer showed the manager how to look it up on my account, and sure enough, I had the Top Dog. The manager, then a little frustrated, told Sharon to just get this done. Sharon Refused, so the manager took up her side, and said that they just would not be able to do it without charging. I took my dog, and will never return. I understand that help is obviously hard to find right now, but Sharon, with the help of the manager, will kill their clientele.

Don't shave my dog
On the advice of my veterinary, we never shave our dogs down to the skin. Hair prevents the dog from getting sunburn. Westlake Village, CA, groomer, shaved my 70lbs golden doodle all the way to the skin. We were charged $120. – for the quick shave. Doodle owners, I suggest going to a real dog salon for cuts and staying out of PetSmart.

DO NOT BE FOOLED - RIP OFF
DO NOT BE FOOLED! You will NOT get your delivery same day, you may never get your delivery! You do not get an email confirmation, you have no order number, your credit card gets charged and you NEVER get the product. This should be investigated.
