I shopped at the store on Lauren rd and had a horrible experience. The ole lady goat that works in the fish department was very rude and thinks she is the queen of fish education. I wanted to buy 8 goldfish and she told me that if they died no refund. And took them to the cashier and held them while I was in line, thinking that I walking out with unpaid items. How rude and silly can one get. I going back and buy her a fish she can stick it between her lips. Rude woman bat.

Unable to write a review on PetSmart site. Guess they don't want to hear it. I never again will go to the W Lebanon NH store. I should have been clued in by the sign “Help wanted for grooming- no experience or training needed.” Ordered bath, furminator, and nail grind. They shaved my Great Pyrenees back side and half his tail. And it wasn't a neat job- it was messy and amateur. The charge was $150. They did not trim his feet or grind the nails they clipped them. He had a couple mats underneath but because we groom him regularly he was generally just shedding. Since they were so rude we decided to cut our loss and leave before they did anything else. Live and learn.

Kat at the Mesquite Pet Smart location, was rude and did not service my dog who has been at this location before and other Pet Smart locations around the dfw area. I arrived at 1 pm my scheduled time, she quickly stated we are a little behind today...we may have a delay in getting to Axel. An hour and a half later at 2:30 Ms. Kat calls and tells me to pick Axel up and that she could not service him today because he was nipping at her and that he should be coming in regularly to avoid this. I informed her he is groomed every 6 weeks throughout the dfw Pet Smarts and that he has never in the year I had him been sent home. This was awful. I very disappointed! I will never visit Mesquite Pet Smart again. I will never recommend any dog moms to go to that location. Now I have to wait until another day to get in at another location, how inconvenient.

online shopping is such a pain, it is been 6 days since i placed an online order of something in stock, and it's not even shipped.

I took my fur baby to them on yesterday, September 2, 2021 and believe you me, my Pomsky is jacked up. They shave all her hair off and she looks a mess. This is my first and last time ever using Petsmart for any of my furbaby needs...I am so upset, and when I called they act as if nothing was wrong and to bring her back, bay please you can keep that horrible service to yourself....Never take you fur baby to those people!!!

Couldn't find a place to write a review on Eddie the trainer at Petsmart Albuquerque, Academy. We scheduled a training session for our 2yr old Airdale. When we got there Eddie was rude, arrogant and insulting. Our airdale is about 75 lbs and excited when she goes to new places. Eddie told me if she was pulling on the leash he would not train her. He said he does not train dogs with bad behavior. He sprayed her face with Pet Corrector and she was not doing anything. He was showing off possibly to a female employee that was there observing. He said the South Valley is known for people with bad behavior. He said he was raised there but his parents taught him good behavior ( I would say his parents failed). We need to teach our dog good behavior before he would train her. We have trained our dog with other trainers and she is not unruly. We just wanted to work on her jumping and pulling on the leash. She did not go in the store barking or out of control. There was a lady with her small dog there she mentioned to socialize her with other dogs. I shared that we took our dog to doggie day care once a week. Eddie said day care dogs are losers. They are wild dogs that no one wants so they take them to dog care or dog parks. He said he and another trainer from Acoma were the only good trainers in Albuquerque. So I guess the other trainers at Petsmart are not good. We called the person with keys that evening, customer service and my husband also called Corporate. We spoke with the assistant manager, store manager and they were very apologetic. However they would not to what we asked and that was to have Eddie apologize to me and my husband. We were refunded our money but that was it. We will not every shop at any Petsmart in Albuquerque or in U.S. So if your dog is not already trained don't take it to Eddie! He only trains dogs with good behavior. Eddie obviously does not know breeds. Airdales are strong and stubborn dogs but very loyal and smart. Our fur baby is doing great and we are thankful that she did not attend Eddie's class. You can read the reviews on their webpage they are all 5 starred. I tried to write a review but could not. It is controlled by them. Eddie is the worst employee I have ever dealt with and If he was the best trainer he would be known. Cesar Milan is known and he deals with dogs that have bad behavior. My husband and I believe in treating others with respect and do not like confrontation. However I believe Eddie poorly represents himself as a trainer and a Petsmart employee.

If I could give o stars I would. I ordered prescription dog food for my lab on 9/18. 10 days later I still don't have it . I called 2 days ago to have it reshipped, still not shipped. Almost out of food. Back to Petco.

If I could give zero I would. 888-839-9638 customer service line has some of the stupidest people answering the phones I have ever talked too. Complete waste of time after speaking with 3 different people. Dumb, dumber and dumbest! I wasn’t even asking for anything difficult but they couldn’t get the job done. Off to Petco I go!
