Horrible customer service. Inconsistent delivery options. I have been ordering the same three items via same-day delivery for a year, suddenly this delivery option is not available and even though my order is over $49 (thus eligible for free shipping) I would get charged $10 for shipping with no delivery ETA. Emailed them to ask why this is happening and they told me to place an order first before they would answer my question. What?! I have been emailing back and forth with them (now at 6 emails total) and the best they can come up with is "some items are not available for same-day delivery." Ludicrous.

I was unable to pick up my online curbside pickup order at Webster, NY PetSmart within the three days due to an unforeseen medical problem. Per my account order is complete, but I never picked it up and I have not received a refunded to my Visa card when canceled by PetSmart and returned to stock. This is six days past the 3. Day cancellation date. This is totally unacceptable and How many individuals has this happened to? So online order customers beware you could be out your money if order is not picked up.

Poor customer service with online order. I order a Probiotic Supplement for cat, but received a Beardie Ball that suppose to be delivered to South Caroline. I called customer service and was told the correct item will be shipping to me. I received nothing (no email confirmation, no tracking for the reship order) after 4 days. Then I emailed customer service again with detailed order information. They emailed me back asked me to allow other 3-5 business days for the reship order to complete processing. I guess they need more than 5 business days to get order corrected because I am still waiting. Please shop Amazon or Chewy if you need an item in hurry, shopping Petsmart online is just unreliable.

My husband took our two small chihuahuas to have their nails clipped. We were charged $40 for each dog. I called and questioned the charges. I was told the charged was for clipping and grinding, a bandana and and a spray. When they were picked up there was no bandana and they had not been sprayed. It angers me to be charged a ridiculous price. No refund was given. When my husband went back to questioned the charges, they gave him two bandanna which were way to big for our dogs. PetSmart will never get my business again.

Kevin Dugan, the store manager at Manahawkin, is the worst manager of any business I have ever seen. He is a liar and doesn’t know how to handle complaints. He tells the customer one thing and employees another. After 7 years I will never go back. With their terrible reputation you would think PetSmart would clean house and put competent people in charge. When you complain to corporate headquarters they ignore you. Give your business to locals and avoid PetSmart. Their terrible reputation is well deserved.

poor customer service with pet med orders online.

We've had many dogs, currently have two, and we've been Petsmart customers for over 30 yrs. We always get good service and we use Petsmart's groomers for 20 yrs, as well, with great satisfaction. For the past 7 yrs we've shopped at the Spokane Valley, WA, Petsmart, and this week we were there buying dog food. We found the store to be absolutely filthy, but in particular, the men's restroom. The floor and sink were filthy, the wall had urine on it and the toilet looked like it had mold. Further, the store itself had furballs, dirt and grime everywhere. I understand that most retailers are having staffing challenges, but restrooms should be given a priority. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. We are reconsidering continuing to shop in a store that doesn't have cleanliness as a priority, especially during these pandemic days.

4 minutes agoNEW Don't trust the sales people at this store. I live in a remote area and can't seem to keep the dog around the yard. I decided to put a buried cable electric fence in and when driving through St George stopped at the Petsmart to buy one. Well the sales person just wouldn't let me buy the cheaper in ground system and insisted I would regret not buying the expensive wireless one, promising I could return it if it didn't work. Well the fence sucks and subsequently I lost my dog. When I was finally able to get into town return the unit, of course they wouldn't give me a refund. It was well over $300 dollars and after losing my job due to the Pandemic I'm screwed.
