Your employees in your grooming department traumatized my yorkipoo . I brought her in for her very cut you kepts her for ten hours . She wasn't the same for a week. Very unprofessional lack of experience. I'm with Petco and much happier with levels of education and experience will never ever go back to PETSMART BOOO

Low employment no one answers phones when your calling for 15minutes. Employees there aren't great in customer service.

I ordered male wrap diapers on Thursday and paid 34-35.00 for next day delivery. We were critically low for our elderly dog. We got a notice it wasn’t coming until Monday. Monday came and the driver said the address said 28 but it was supposed to be 23. I’m unsure who screwed up the label. And I’m not sure why I even paid 35.00 extra dollars for next day. Ordered Thursday still waiting on order Monday night. Supposidely the address got corrected and it will come Tuesday. I guess my nephews dog is walking around in soaking wet diapers. THANKS PETSMART!

Pet smart Richmond Hill. 2nd time they cancel grooming my dog same day as the appointment. Totally disregarding me taking time off from work. They did not apologized or offered another appointment. Never going back there again .

This is for the Pet Smart in the Bronx in Pelham The Banfield employees have no damn common sense and here’s the biggest thing I don’t like sorry doesn’t help apologies don’t help when you call on a Thursday and still haven’t gotten a call and it’s a Saturday they don’t care about your pets We left a message they never called us back I have to call them but you’re quick to take the money out of my card with no problem check yourself checked your staff especially check the doctor and make sure they get there messages

It was absolutely horrible I bought some fish And they died the next day I would not recommend buying fish from the big tanks at petsmart’s

Unethical, profit driven. Most of the accessories and cages for small animals are harmful for them. They're kept in tiny cages with wheels that are not appropriate, fed horrible food. Hamsters and other rodents that should be separate are housed together, resulting in injured/dead hamsters because of fighting. If you purchase an animal, the employees give you incorrect information and wrong suggestions for food, housing, etc. They know nothing about the animals they're selling and don't care as long as they can make money.

Today my shitzu Roco had a grooming appointment at 11.00 am at 158 North Queen St., Stor #2190, Etobicoke, ON. with Natasha. I have been told it will take approx 2,5 hour and someone will call me 1/2 hour before. I was waiting till 2,30 pm (3,5 hour). Not receiving any phone call, I decided to go to the store and find out what is going on. The grooming place was full of dogs. But I didn't see Roco. I have been told that I have to wait another 2,5 hours. Usaul time to groom shitzu is 1 hour. Why 2,5 ??? Totally dissapointed and angry I decided to take my dog as is. As it happened he was wet (didn't smell like shamoo) and horribly shaved. Nails not cut, ears not groomed, teeth not cleaned. Basically , Roco was horribly shaved . That is all. Natasha lied to me, that she would never told me 2,5 hours. Wrong. Most terrible customer service. They take 10 - 15 dogs per day and they start a job with one dog and moving to another without finishing the first one. It's like a factory line assamble. Their grooming prcatices are negligent. You don't see your dog most of the time. Dogs are waiting for their turn somewhere at the back. Conditions unknown. There is definitely a mischieve going on. Roco left stresfull, beahving strangly, definitely not himself. Either he was drugged or abused in some way. He looks like an awful ugly duckling. It will take month for his beautiful coat to grow. I will never recommend Petsmnart grooming ! Never ever ! Reading other reviews I guess I am lucky Roco is still alive !
