Awful. I booked my nervous cat here while I traveled to Greece, where I still am. In the past they would send a pic and brief note about how your pet was. No more. I’ve written 5x asking how she is. No response. Automated messages only, telling me to phone - I am in Greece dummies, even when I am in Boston I can never get through to the Framingham branch by phone, never mind the huge costs from Europe. I will never use this hotel again.

We took our 2 dogs there Saturday for photos with Santa. The Santa was not friendly at all and we were told we would get the pictures within 2 to 5 mins after having them taken and it's Wednesday and we still haven't gotten them. I called for the 3 time Monday morning and the older guy at the Elyria store had an "I don't care attitude " i was working I was working on a project and wanted the pictures for it. Anyway it's very disappointing to take the time going up there and ha ING pictures done and not getting them.

I have tried and my son has tried to order online, we have excellent credit and do on line ordering all the time, Pet Smart keeps rejecting perfectly good credit cards, its ridiculous.

This is a poorly run operation ! We took our 15 year old in for grooming and because she got upset they quit grooming her . Poor little thing came home half groomed ! WILL NEVER RETURN ! Do NOT take your animal here !!!!!

I would give zero stars if it was possible. Took the time to go in store to make an appointment for wash and trim. Even had a card with the the appointment. I get there today and the appointment wasn’t in the system, they offered to take my dog anyway, but only for a wash. The whole idea was to get him trimmed for Xmas. Staff was friendly, but zero knowledge, had to call the manager to make any decisions. Manager again was friendly, but needs to know the difference between an abusive customer and an upset customer. I didn’t raise my voice or use any inappropriate language, I was just upset because it was my only chance to get this done before Xmas. I’m sure losing a customer that spends $200.00 a month on average means little to corporate, but I certainly will never recommend their service to anyone. Train your staff properly because you’ll be losing more customers!

Although I have had good experiences before with PetSmart groomers in Edmonton and Sherwood Park, I've also had a couple really bad ones. The first was just a terrible haircut but most recently, they groomer shaved my dogs genital area (I'm not sure why, they don't usually) and he got such bad razor burn which turned into a $175 vet bill for meds and lots of other expenses finding the best cone/donut/onesie to get him to stop licking the area raw. Not to mention his suffering. I don't like to complain but I won't using PetSmart groomers ever again.

This relates to the Petsmart in Gainesville, VA. I made a dog grooming appointment at 12:30. I called at 12:15 and said I was going to be late. The young lady told me that as long as I was there by 12:50, I would be okay. I loaded up my dog and walked in the door of the grooming salon at 12:48. The groomer, her name was Katelyn, told me she would not take my dog because I was late. I told her I wasn’t late. She lied and said it was 12:52, which it wasn’t. I went to the store manager. He agreed with me that I wasn’t late, but he would not order them to take my dog. Unbelievable. It wasn’t the inconvenience that upset me, it was her blatant lie. And no consequence to her at all. I see no reason to give this store my business anymore.
