The website is terrible. I ordered for instore pickup, got to the store and they had cancelled 3 out of my 4 items because, contrary to what their website said, they claimed to be out of stock. I found one of my "out of stock" items on the shelf. This is far from the first problem I have had ordering, or going in store. The dog toy aisle has been bare for moths, they are always low on stock or out of stock for food. And did I mention how awful the website is? Because it's bad. In store pick up or delivery, it doesn't matter. Their inventory system is useless. Items are tagged wrong, so searching on their site is impossible. Just go to a different pet store. You'll be happier for it.

I left bad review for one of the manager/groomer more than a year ago and been refused for the grooming in this location . The reason was " We don't like customers who left bad reviews" . It's OK. It's their business. I used another Pet Smart location during this year. A week ago I have booked an appointment with them for today, but they called me today and canceled it because we are clients who left bad review in another location. Probably we are in the "black list" in your system. If it is your business model - I'll never visit you again and will not recommend to do that to my friends.

I placed an order 10 days ago and according to tracking its bouncing around on the opposite side of the country. I tried to contact customer service who informed me on the 12th - it should be there on the 10th… yes really. On top of that, they suggest I wait another 5 days before contacting them again. Total trash service and will NEVER order again

I tried to tell customer service at our local store about a potential toxic toy but they were more interested in not giving me a refund for the toy than in how my dog is doing. The toy is like new but I will toss it as not worth dealing with such people. I was trying to warn them to maybe take off shelf or investigate what it is made of since there is no listing of ingredients. I am really frustrated with Pet Smart. Will order dog food online now on from a different company. Be careful what toys you buy and how they are made.

WHERE'S MY FREAKING MONEY!!!!! I placed a online order on 12/31 had to unfortunately cancel the same day because they were going to send the wrong item did everything I'm supposed to do have called customer service and the store numerous times and I've yet to receive my refund lousy customer service in terms of no one knows what to do to correct this situation false promises and I'm still waiting for my $165.00 almost two weeks now I don't think Im ever going to receive it! My best advice stay far away from this company !

Took my Shih Tzu To PetSmart on January 9, 2022. I explain to the Groomer how I wanted my Shih Tzu groomed. She had a very, very small matting on one of her ears She said she could cut the small out because she know I like her ears and tail long. When I went to pick her up I couldn’t believe that was my Shih Tzu. I WAS SHOCKED. She was suppose to brush her teeth, that did not happen. The manager was called he didn’t address the problem. He was shocked when he saw my Shih Tzu. I just left without him addressing the issue. I GIVE THIS GROOMER A ZERO RATING

I ordered a prescription cat food a few months ago, which was stamped that it didn’t expire until 2023. I had ordered extra food so it sat in my cabinet for a few months, unopened. When I finally opened it, it was so stale, my cat couldn’t eat it. I called to complain and the PetSmart employee said she would send out a fresh batch. Now I get an email saying they will not replace. Then I looked at their reviews and see they have terrible ratings! Should have checked that first!!

At this rate, I could order the same thing I ordered from Petsmart on Chewy.com and have it before the petsmart order arrives. It's been 10 days. I've ordered different products from chewy after I made the purchase through petsmart and received those items already. Why has my purchase been sitting in Colorado for almost 2 days???
