I took my Bernedoodle in to PetSmart for grooming and she had 2 small mats where her collars rub. They refused to groom her told me to “take her to a vet for anesthesia for them to remove the mats”. I went home removed them myself and made an appointment with a real groomer. Carol M Jones.

I have been taking my dog to PetSmart for grooming in Burlington Ontario. I really like the small dog groomer. This is the first time my dog was physically injured. Both ears were deeply cut. I sent pictures, called and wrote customer service. No one even returned my email or calls.

Bought 2 Hamsters at PetSmart #550 located at 3713 Easton Market Columbus, OH 43219. 1 of the Hamster died at 6pm-ish the same day. call back to the store and a male manager said I have to drive 2 Hrs back to the store (I live in Lima OH & was on a trip with family) before there is the "POSSIBILITY" of getting refund or replaced. While my son are crying because he thought he killed the poor pet, the Store manager, Lina at least claim to be store manager hang up the phone on me & pretty much tell me I am out of luck because their policy will only act if the dead/sick pet is returned to store. "YOU HAVE SIGNED THE PAPER THAT STATED IT" was her response. Then hang up on me. the worst company ever. SO glad I don't have one near my town.

This was the 7th time that I brought my dog in for grooming. The first 6 times, were just OK service, I kept going back because of the convenience of the Huntington Station location being so close to my house. This time, I specified in the notes when I booked the appointment he needed the usual grooming, Bath & Full Haircut with FURminator and trimming around my dogs ears, legs and body. Additionally when I dropped my dog off, I spoke to the assigned groomer and we spoke about how I wanted him to be cut all around his body and specified his ears. I was in a rush to pick him up and paid online and grabbed him and left. When I got home I was able to look at him and he only trimmed his paws, nothing on his legs, body or ears. He also still had some dander and the smell of the bath was very faint when typically he smells like shampoo for a week. I wrote to the salon and no response, I then replied to the survey with pictures of proof and they contacted me, apologized and offered a free grooming. I replied in one day that I would take the free grooming and if I could book the appt online or if it had to go through the salon manager. It has been 5 days and no reply. I will not be returning. I paid $145 and gave a tip for a terrible grooming. I will drive further for a true dog grooming salon.

I had my little dog booked in for a bath, blow dry, nails clipped and a top knot in her hair, they called me to pick her up in 20 minutes saying she was ready, when I got there she had a top knot with a bow the size of her head flopping off to the side, she never smelt like she even had a bath, I am very disappointed and will never go back,

Grooming place is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and DANGEROUS. 1 month ago when I left my dog for the grooming there, they called me in 30 mins cause they left a drawer with tools open and somehow my dog cut himself, so they didn't do any brushing, grooming or bath. Today, when I left him they called me in 35 mins cause they cannot clean nuts or SHAVE him near his genitals and I have to go to vet to SHAVE him! He is Siberian husky with wooly coat, not a doodle or smth!. When I got him home, I realized they completely DISFIGURED my dog shaving random parts and pieces of his legs, ass and TAIL! He is double coat dog with a lot of fur, you are not supposed to shave him at all, he is loosing undercoat soon and it all would come out easily by itself in a month!

Tried to order something online to get the 17% off but apparently something was wrong with the website , so I drive there get the item bring it to the register show the price on line and she tells me she can’t give it to me for that price !? So I go in my car I finally get to order it on my phone go over the girl was rudely complaining about me to the manager I go it finally went through . The go ok it will be ready in about 2 hours very rude “ as the item is still sitting at her register “ never had a hard time about price matching things that are on their own website . So now I have to drive all the way home and go back “ when it’s ready” won’t be going back there after this . HORRIBLE customer service !!! PetSmart Salem MA on Traders Way

I order online: 12 cans of dog food, stuffed toy and dog bowl. Never was delivered. They shipped it out again. When it finally arrive, 10 cans were badly dented. The stuff toys label was crushed and the toy was badly mangled, not wrapped up just thrown in with 12 loose cans. Two of the foot grips of the bottom of the bowl were missing. I called Petsmart and they said to throw the defective cans out and they would issue a refund for all the damaged products. 4 phone calls later to their customers service, still no refund. I was given a different story each time I called; can't find your order, return the items to one of our stores after they told me to dispose of it, your refund will be issued in 3-5 days. This has been going on for 3 1/2 weeks! I'm a senior on low income with a back I jury and ordered online for this reason. They have my money tied up preventing me from buying the dog food I need for my little dog because he's running out! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. No, PetSmart does not care about your pet!
