I had a great 1st time experience with one of your employees named Mario. I just inherited a Belgium Malanois 5 days ago and was looking for a place to take her. The customer service I received from who I thought had been an employer for years only to find out he has only been there a couple of months was impeccable. I felt well informed being a first time and comfortable knowing that she will be well taken care at Banfield. Thank You Mario for giving me so much information on what I can expect as a customer. It was very much appreciated.

I got a new puppy just recently and I was a little nervous about taking her to be groomed. I called this morning and Lauren was able to squeeze Nayla in the same day. Just by Lauren’s attentiveness to Nayla, I knew she would be just fine. All the employees were so very kind and Lauren did such an excellent job. Nayla looked beautiful! I will definitely be a returning customer.

I took my toy poodle to Pet Smart in Clarksville, TN to be groomed. Josee did a beautiful job. Sweetie hadn’t been professionally groomed in a long time due to health issues in the family. I am very happy with the the folks at Pet Smart and highly recommend Josee.

I take my Pembroke welsh corgi, Regan, (A rescue dog) to Hailey C at the PetSmart in Arden, NC. She is always very caring and does a great job with Regan when she is at the grooming salon. I really appreciate Hailey and the great job she does!

I took my puppy to be groom for the firt time at PetSmart in Lithia . and I am so pleased with the service .Lorena was Izzy groomer she did such a awesome job. and was very friendly and professional. I haven't seen Izzy so happy and playful. Every time I took him to be groomed it took few days for him to be himself again.Thank you Lorena .

3665 marketplace blvd Travis have excellent customers service . I was struggling carrying cat litty to the counter and he stop me mid way and grabbed it out of my hands to help . And made it even better he took it to my car !! Travis went above and beyond ! Thank you

I've been using Petsmart here in Murrieta Ca. for the last 8 years. Without a doubt this place is fabulous. Every time a great job. The groomers are true pros and I've had a great result each and every time. The latest groomer, Jessica, gave our dog Maggie the best look ever. Transformed her from a scruffy looking hairy mess to a sleek looking show dog!! And the cut was one that will last. Just short enough in all the right places that it will grow out evenly and have nice look for a long time. All of the groomers show great kindness to their doggie customers. I feel very confident that while my special friend is in their care, she be shown much love and special attention.
