I recently tried to return collars I bought last summer because I was cleaning my house out. They still had the tag on them and there was no need keeping them. The cashiers gave me so much trouble and another one was looking at me dirty because I had a collar that wasn’t from them. It was a simple mistake, I didn’t remember one came from PETCO. I said I could go back and review my bank statement for the dates purchased to look it up but they acted as if I stole them when all she had to do was look through my rewards member purchases. I cannot order food for my puppy. I did in the past recently ( nov- dec2020 ) that can be seen in my account but now, I cannot. Apparently they don t deliver anymore in my place, plus no curbsidepickup is possible on the web site. I called Custer er service and they cannot make the delivery since the website doesn't allow it anymore. What a friendly response......

Horrible customer service. Castle Hills Leesville. And the groomer Abby was really rude. Didn't like how she did my Yorkie. Don't recommend this person

My fish died within two weeks and it was 8.99. Not some cheaply goldfish from the fair and when I got her she was already sick. There were multiple already dead fish In the tank at pet smart and they were not very nice people either, not to mention the insane prices for the decor. All in all I am very disappointed!!

I was in the RSM Pet Smart today and at the check out line behind a women who had her face mask down below her nose. When it was my turn to check out I asked the cashier if he had wipes or spray to clean off credit card machine because the lady in front of me didn't have her mask on correctly. He kept saying she had a mask on and said yes she did but was useless the way she was wearing it. I'm in the medical field and try to be super careful with everything. He never did wipe off or spray the cc machine. i wont be going back to this location until Pet Smart trains it's employees the proper way to sanitize inbetween customers. Thank you

When I want to check out at smart PetSmart in Ankeny the cashier was very rude to me she started getting short with me cuz I didn't know my email and she asked me if I want to sign up with four words and I said yes but the guy that helped me up in reptiles was very nice and then I decided I didn't want no bowls so I took him back and she was very rude and said I had to stand 6 ft and I was standing six feet away from people and they're behind me was all crunched up

I'm totally done with PetSmart. Half the time I go into the store to get something they don't have it in stock. Simple things like hay for small pets or bedding. Now they won't even answer the phone so that I can check ahead because corporate now won't allow them to do stock checks over the phone. I had to drive around 3 stores today to find some Timothy Hay for our Guinea. 1 and 1/2 hours of my time wasted. It's Amazon from now on and I have spent thousands at PetSmart over the past 6 years.
