We lost our baby boy abruptly and I was looking for a way to remember him while still mourning him and I came across Petslify. The whole process was very easy from choosing photos of our dog to help the designer create a replica of our baby boy to choosing the position and finally the ability to sneak peeks to make sure the designer has captured everything that helps make your Petslify just as special as the one we lost.

I had a very hard loss that I wasn’t able to pull myself up even though I had 3 other ‘kids’. I saw the company on fb and I thought ‘why not?’ OMG! I had him back. They took a few photos I submitted and it just captured him (right down to the red harness he wore in his final years). I sobbed. I put him (Buddy) in my bed and fell asleep almost immediately holding him. I slept well for the first time in a long time. I had my Buddy back. Thank you.

They went above and beyond to make this for my son and he adores it so much thank you Petslify for all you do I definitely recommend them

Petslify did a fantastic job in creating my Franz's plushie portrait. It looked just like my dog! Thank you for the love, hard work, and attention to detail in recreating my miniature pinscher. I miss him dearly, but having this plushie helps.

I lost my sweet pug Pierre in December. I have had such a hard time since then. I found this site from a video I saw on Facebook for someone opening their plush and seeing their emotional reaction. Right then I began the process. I needed something to touch and be able to hug to help me. I paid for the package that I get a photo proof of my plush. I was able to submit changes that I wanted made. Through this whole process, Alex has been so helpful and accommodating. My emails have all been responded to within 24 hours or less. This week, I got the notification my plush was on its way. It arrived yesterday, a day earlier than expected. I was scared to open it, I didn’t want to have an emotional break. After waiting for a bit, I went and opened it. I cried happy tears, I was able to feel like I was hugging my sweet boy again. My son was amazed at how much the plush looked like Pierre. This plush has already started helping me, it brings a smile to my face every time I see it. I know there are some questionable reviews here, but I am a paying customer that is absolutely elated with my purchase and the entire process. It was well worth the wait and I will order from them again with future pets. Thank you to everyone that brought my plush to life. You have helped me more than you will ever know.

On January 5th we lost our beloved family dog Asta. Asta was my mom’s soul dog as she calls him and was completely devastated with his loss. My siblings and myself decided that we needed to get her something that would help with grieving process. On Jan 6th we placed the order of a 14” custom plush with the add on of sneak peek preview and the plush care kit. On Jan 31st I received an email with the first version of the plush. I wasn’t too happy with the face/ head of the plush and request a few things be revised. I received an email confirming my concerns and suggestions would be shared with the design team and that they would get started on the revision. On March 10th I received the revised photos of the plush and I was so happy with the results that I immediately sent an email okaying the plush for shipping. 3/21 I sent an email just asking about the plush and when I would receive tracking info as the last I had heard was 3/10. 3/22 the next day I received an email stating the plush was moving along as expected and that I would receive the tracking information soon. On 4/9 I received an email that the plush had left the facility and would arrive on 4/13. As expected the plush was delivered on 4/13 just in time for my moms birthday on 4/17. My siblings and I gifted her the plush and she of course cried and was very grateful and happy with her gift. The plush now sits on a little memorial we have set up for Asta.

I wanted to get my grandchildren a little reminder of their beloved dog, Ripken. While looking up companies online I was impressed with the positive reviews and photos. I’m so glad I decided to go with Petslify. It was very easy to upload pictures and place my order. I was updated by email as to the progress of creating this replica. And best of all, they look just like Ripken! They captured his coloring and even the shape of the spot on his back! My grandchildren love them and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to recreate their beloved pet. Thank you, Petslify.
