Hello,My experience was excellent with my Guapo (plush) it does take awhile to get it,but its so worth the wait.All of you are truly artist. I really enjoy the pet plush I was able to buy here. I was worked with by the seller to truly customize my design, and it definitely made the experience amazing. The loss of my baby dog was like losing a part of my heart. Through their wonderful work this beautiful company has helped to mend some of the broken pieces. The staff is very friendly and is very good at responding to my email questions. We lost our two King Charles Cavalier, Willie and Luke Roy and they did such a wonderful job on Willie that we had Luke Roy done. Now our two favorite pets are back at home and their dog collars fit nicely. What a special way to keep our memories alive for both pets. Thank you for a nice job!
