Excellent experience from start to finish!

Fast shipping and great product. My dogs joints really seem to be doing better as he is running more and sleeping less. Ordered the product on Friday and had it by Monday.

Took too long to get product. I am an over the road truck driver and I order a lot of things online. I am very familiar with how long it generally takes to receive items and order accordingly. I place orders while I’m out on the road so that they arrive when I am home. I had hoped to do that with my first order and arrived at home three or four days after placing my order. Then, I was home for six days. I still have no clue how your product is because it didn’t arrive until days after I left out again. In the meantime, I had to stop and pick up something to replace your product with. At least I had some idea that I wouldn’t get my order in time as I played the waiting game of seeing that the shipping label had been printed and day after day went by with the carrier still waiting to pick up my order. My order is now sitting at home (I hope) and I will get back home in about two more weeks. Let’s hope that my experience with your company improves once my dog finally gets to try the product but, neither one of us is holding our breath. For the cost of your product, you should really try harder and get better soon. The shipping delay is entirely on your end. The product cannot get through the pipeline until your shipping department gets it in there. Time will tell if we become a regular customer. Timely and reliable shipping would help immensely.

Have been using these for several years. Definitely improved my dogs quality of life. Allergies have plagued him since puppy hood. 9 yo now. Still scratches but I think it is mostly habit . At one point he had no hair on his front legs from chewing on them. That’s has been a while since the no hair. My only complaint is the cost since he weighs 128 pounds a container doesn’t last long.

Product was delivered quickly. My dogs enjoy the taste and the results of the product is noticeable improvement of their coat.
