I bought a one time supply and you are sending more and charging me for it! I want this canceled immediately and my money refunded!! This stuff doesn't work!!

Susan, Petscy.com is setup so the customer chooses their package options. In this case, you selected the recurring subscription option. However, if a customer makes a mistakes we can easily recitify by providing you a return label or you can refuse the order. Once in back in the mail we can issue a refund. Please let us know how you would like to proceed? As for the product not working, the chews usually take 30+ days for your dog's skin/itching to start healing. For example, my dog takes the chews and the first couple of weeks she was still itching, as its not an overnight fix. She's been on these chews now for 4 years and skin is immaculate. Point being, your first order included two bottles, I would go through those bottles before ruling the product as ineffective. Will look for your reply back. Chris Founder
