Hello Kenneth. In regards to the chews every dog reacts differently. Some dogs see immediate results and others go through the whole bottle before seeing changes. Thank you for the feedback Evelyn. It appears that you dog is benefitting from the chews. May I suggest increasing the dosage to see if it helps even further? Our internal surveys show that most of our customers see results after 30 days. I see that you ordered on a ONE TIME PURCHASE. Assuming you will be ordering again I would suggest placing your next order on the monthly subscription as it will save you an additional 30% every order and show up to your door each month. Since your info is already on file you can contact customer service via email or phone (813-448-5000) and they can update for you. Also I started this company because of my Pitt. Thank you for the feedback. If the chews did not help most likely your dogs underlining condition is more complex than what a supplement can solve. I would suggest increasing the dosage for the remaining portion of the bottle and look for small signs as supplements also take time. Some customers do see results immediately but many see small changes over 30-40 days. I went ahead and cancelled any future orders. Can you please provide me more information on how this was difficult so I can look into. Thanks Chris Founder
