However, our formula includes active ingredients that are proven to help your dogs skin and coat. Hello Crystal. Thank you for the feedback. It a little unclear if there is an issue or not? Some dogs love them like a treat and some take them directly or broken into their food. The bottom line is the chews are for nutrients and if the dog loves the taste , than that’s even better. We do offer a dental treat that your dog may enjoy. Thanks Chris PetScy
