About two days after I gave my dog these treats, she quit licking Ana chewing on her paws.
Response from PetScyFeb 6, 2021
We are thrilled that Ana is getting better. Nothing worst than seeing your dog suffer. But it’s also a great feeling when you find a product that helps and is much cheaper than any prescriptions. We thank you for your business. We see that you took advantage of the subscription at a 30% discount. We will have those at your door in the next week and every 30 days after that. If you ever get too many. Simply email us and we can delay your next order to whatever date. Thanks Chris Founder

The customer service was awesome. I spoke with John Truz and he fixed my issue with no problem. I accidentally put the wrong address and he got it fixed for me. He got back to me in less than an hour very efficient. I would definitely order from this company again. Excellent service! Thank you John.

Hey Lesa, we get it. Things happen. Hopefully the address you originally sent the order to has a dog as they just got a gift from us. Glad we could help and look forward to continually earning your business. Thanks Chris Founder

I have give my Maltipoo the anti itch treat each day. It did not help. He seems to be licking his paws even more. I wish to return the item.

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry that your pup did not benefit from the chew like many of our other customers. Granted you have only given the chew to your dog for a week and normally takes longer. However if your dog is itching more they may be allergic to the ingredients and should discontinue. You can contact customer service and they can assist Thanks Chris Founder.

I just started my fur baby on Itch Relief about 3 days ago , I’ve noticed she’s not scratching as much. I would Recommend this product.

My dog Adidas licks is paw every day ,poor Adidas don't have hair on his paw anymore. I'm hoping itch relief starts working for Adidas, I have seen adidad slow down licking is paw. My hope for my dog is for him to stop licking his paw and let his hair grow back(play like a dog)
Response from PetScyFeb 4, 2021
Love the name Adidas. The good news is if his paw licking has slowed down, then he should continue to get better. Thanks Chris Founder

The product arrived quickly without any problem. I’ve put it in my dogs water for four days, and he has thrown up twice, so I have stopped giving it to him. He is a 14 year old Yorky so it just may not agree with him.
Andrew
Does not work as described
Response from PetScyFeb 4, 2021
Hey Andrew. We appreciate all feedback. I am sorry to hear that the chews didn’t help your dog as desired. We know that every dog is different and some benefit more than others. If the chew is not helping there could be a couple reasons. First, your dogs underlining condition can not be resolved through nutrition and the chew won’t help. Secondly, consider if your dog may be exposed daily to an allergen. For example, we have had customers where the chew didn’t help but later found out that they were feeding their dog chicken flavored dog food (dog was allergic to chicken). Consider eliminating certain foods, activities, or treats to see if it helps. Cheers, Chris Founder
