Response from PetScyApr 2, 2021
Hello Robert, We are sorry to hear that the product did not help your dog. I see that you originally ordered an monthly subscription back in January. Reviewing our database I cannot locate any request for cancellation from the email on file. Please forward over any correspondence you may have previously had to [email protected] and I will personally look into. If you did in fact email PetScy to cancel we can go ahead and refund the order without returning. Thanks, Chris Founder

I accidentally put the wrong address for my order so I had my wife cal them because I work 7 days a week and was unable to make the call myself. They were so helpful and understanding! They are replacing my order at no extra charge! I can’t wait to receive the products and try it out! So far so good besides my mess up!

Hey Angel, we try and treat every customer how we would want to be treated. We appreciate your business. Let’s hope the address you sent it to by accident has a dog. Maybe you accidentally created a customer for life. Thanks Chris Founder

These products have really helped my dogs. They have shedding issues and the products have given good results, the itch and joint relief have produced good results very visible to me. I recommend these products.

Did not help my dog at ALL!
Response from PetScyMar 30, 2021
Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear that the product was unable to help your dog. Our products have helped thousands of dogs but every dog is different. Your dog's underlining condition may be to severe for our supplements.. Also, is there a chance that your dog is exposed to an allergen consistently? Such as their dog food or cleaning products in the house? As you can imagine our chews wont be effective if the dog is consistently exposed. Just mentioning as this has happened with previous customers and once they found the cause and removed, our chews were highly effective with relieving their remaining symptoms. Thanks, Chris Founder

When will you all have the dental water solution back? My small dogs won’t eat the treats they’re too big.
Response from PetScyMar 22, 2021
Hello Glenn. Assuming you’ve broken the chews up and hid in their food? As for the Dental Cleanse we will be back in stock at the end of April. If you need anything please reach out to [email protected] Thanks Chris Founder
