Sorry to hear that the chews didn’t help. They’ve helped thousands of dogs but it depends if the dogs underlining condition is due to nutrition. The most common issue, for when the chews don’t work, is that the dog is likely exposed to an acute allergen. May be their food or a detergent/cleaner, etc. My pitbull Bella was allergic to the first 4 brands of food we purchased for her. We thought she was allergic to only flavors. But it turns out she would have skin issues based on the brand. Purina pro plan, Salmon and rice was the brand she finally responded to. Point being, If your dog is suffering. Keep changing out their food flavors and brands as they are most likely suffering from a food allergy which our chews will have a tough time overcoming. Thank you Petscy

I’m sorry to hear that the chews didn’t help your dogs underlining condition as they’ve helped thousands of other dogs. Unfortunately some conditions can not be solved through nutrition. I’m sure this is not new information but have you considered that your dog may be exposed to a direct allergen in your home. Usually, it’s their food that’s causing the issues. I know my pitbull Bella had bald spots and it took us a couple of months of trying different dog foods. What we learned is that every brand is different. For example , a salmon flavored brand caused skin issues in Bella Vs another salmon flavored brand that she wasn’t allergic to. Once we found the right food, her coat approved quickly. Besides food, it may be something as innocent as a detergent, cleaner, or other household items. Anyway, I’m sorry PetScy couldn’t help your dog as we truly want to help every pet. However, sometimes our chews are not the right fit. Chris Founder

Thank you for the feedback Michael. Upon reviewing your profile I see what occurred. So the system will move orders to the last day of the month on shorter months and sometimes that pushes an order up a couple of days. I went ahead and pushed back your next order from April 27 to May 4th.
