Hello Cynthia. We always appreciate the feedback as Petscy and myself can learn from this and better the company. If I am understanding correctly you gave our itch chews a 1 star because it contained an ingredient (corn), that you were aware that your dog was allergic to, and they had an adverse reaction? PetScy provides pictures of all the ingredient panels during the “ordering process” so a customer can review before purchasing as the customer is responsible for their dogs health and allergies. I may be missing something but I am unsure where we could improve to avoid this situation in the future. Please let me know and I will see that these updates or protocols are updated. Hey Juanita. Awesome to hear. If you’re ordering for two doggies may I suggest you order in bulk to save the most. We offer a 6 pack under the one time purchase option on the site. If you like the order to show up automatically I would suggest the recurring 2pack that you can set for every 30 days. Sorry to hear. Some dogs take longer than others (suggest using the whole bottle for results)and some just don’t benefit from a supplement as their underlining condition may be caused by an acute allergen exposure that the chews can’t over come (ie dog food). Petscy
