Hey Lisa. The itch chews take usually a bottle to show results. Some customers see results within a week but every dog is different. Also, the itching will decrease over time so if you see them itching still you want to take notice of the quantity if that makes sense. Chris Founder

Hello Mrs Perez. Thank you for the feedback. Being a smaller company we have to utilize external Fullfilment Centers to keep up with our demand. Once in a while they will make a mistake in which we will resolve immediately. Reviewing our ticket system I see that you emailed support and we swiftly replied that we were sending out the missing order. So you should have the treats there sooner than later. Hello Stephanie, I am sorry that you're unhappy with PetScy. The money back guarantee is a way for customers to return any unused products in case they're unhappy with the results. This is relevant as the majority of our orders are susbcpriton based. So if a customer doesnt cancel on time they can easily return any unwanted items. The return policy does state that a "processed" order must be returned for a full refund. That has to do with customers that cancelled their order(s) after the order has already processed (Bank charged). They will need to return those for a full refund as they cancelled to late and only cancelled out any future orders that have not processed yet. We appreciate your feedback and will look internally to see if we can improve further. Ideally, Id love to give a money back guarantee on "used" items. However, the bad apples ruin it for everyone as they will enjoy the products but then claim that it the product was unsatisfactory to get for free. Thank You Chris Founder

Hello Robert, We allow customers to choose if they'd like to order our product on a auto (recurring) or as a one time purchase. You selected the monthly recurring option. If you revisit PEtScy.com you will see that its the second question asked when ordering. However, you can easily cancel/manage your orders in our customer portal. Go to petscy.com and click on the help center. I suggest keeping the order as since its working and if you need to skip or cancel you can do so once you decide. It also gets you acclimated to the portal so you can manage yourself. Theres also discounts and special offers shown in the portal. Let us know if you need any help.
