Hello Cindy. When you placed an order at PetScy.com you chose the recurring option. If you review the ordering process you will see that the second question asked of the customer is if they would like the order as a one time purchase or recurring option. You chose the recurring option. So we sent the product as you ordered. Also, the product is clearly labeled when placed in the cart, checkout, and email confirmation. If you order on recurring you need to cancel to avoid any future orders. As for refunds, if a customer does not cancel on time and an order is shipped, we will happily provide a refund once the item is returned using one of our free return labels. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions as thousands of our customers demand that we ship their recurring orders as "ordered". Thank you Chris Founder

Awesome! I hope to see a pic of Bullet one day. Please post a pic on one of our FB ads as that's the easiest way. Assuming you don't mind. Thank you for the business and here if you need anything. Chris Founder

Pat, Sorry to hear. When it comes to taste its always tricky. I know some dogs eat their own poop but when it comes to chews they suddenly become a Michelin Star Chef. None the less, I am am sorry to hear that your pup did not enjoy the chews. One last tip. My pup Bella, spits them out every time to only come back and eat 10-20min later. She's been successfully taking them for 3 years now. Not ideal but you may want to give them time to eat. Here if you need anything. Chris Founder
