FOLLOW UP (12/11/23). Customer service team attempted to reach out confirm if you'd like us to resend or refund your order that USPS lost. Please reply back. Thank you Ashley, We apologize for the delay. Upon review, it appears that USPS screwed up the one job they had. Now that we are aware we can either resend the item or refund you.
