Just didn’t look like my dog
Just didn’t look like my dog. Looked like a generic golden retriever picture with only slight edits.

Dear Kiara, thank you so much for your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear your portrait didn’t capture your dog as you’d hoped. We understand how important it is for it to feel just right. We did notice that you approved the artwork before it was printed, but please know the artist would have been more than happy to make any changes if you had let us know you weren’t happy. 💛 One of our dedicated support team members has reached out to you, and we’d love the opportunity to turn your experience around.

Beautiful for a gift
I ordered a portrait for my friend of her dog. She also loves Disney so I got the castle background and cartoon image. They sent the 1st draft very quickly and I love that you can make revisions to it. The final product was received quickly and it is very good quality. The paper is a nice thick paper and it was wrapped safely for shipping.
