I was quickly able to update our new dog's information; name change, contact info, etc. The person who assisted me was very helpful. She verified my older dog's info at the same time. It's so quick and easy, I certainly encourage all pet parents to register their pet.

That microchip plays a MAJOR role in our lives. My dog has a strong prey drive and she ran away soooo many times, but every time kind people bring her to animal hospitals and I get a call. I just ordered the gps tracker and it's about to arrive! It will be a game changer!

It was a breeze to get a new Petlink tag

I ordered a Pet ID (two) for my dog. It was easy, reasonably priced, with prompt response and delivery. The ID is first class nice. Great company for great products.

Initially I was concerned that I didn't get a response but soon changed my mind. I had very good customer chats and they have agreed ro replace our faulty tracker. Can't ask for more.

ten days ago I registered a 15 month old doodle on AKCreunite.com. It was easy to put in a picture. There were lots of options for products. I was able to get a great medallion for his collar with a rubber case to keep it from jingling, put in an emergency contact and enroll him in lost services. I rescued a 3 yr old poodle. I have no idea what Petlink.net provided..a paw printed medallion for her collar and???? the quality of the website was not ideal, difficult to manage. I was disappointed my Vet changed.

I contacted you through your “Contact Us” message requesting how I can change my registered address for a pre-existing dog - because I recently moved. I never heard back from you about it. I have received several emails about my later order about a new dog and some merchandise, but nothing about changing my registered address. There is nothing I could find on your website about “Changing Address” - which is why I contacted you. Please advise how I change my address.
