I live in the woods on over 100 acres. Macy loves roaming around. She doesn’t go too far which I know because her GPS tells me exactly where she is . It’s such a relief to know where she is. I had doubts the GPS would work because we have so many trees and outbuildings that I wouldn’t be able to get a signal. Still can’t believe it works so well, but it surely does. I get a message on my phone telling me when to recharge. Great device! Thank you!

Website is easy to navigate, and quick response on emails

I was visiting Pittsburgh from Florida and left my daughter with my dog who got out of her yard and ran about a quarter mile to a main road where someone found her. Thank God she didn’t get hurt, but the woman took her to a pet store and had her chip scanned And I was quickly notified. By PetLink that she was found and quickly connect me to the woman who have found her. I can’t thank Pet link enough for doing what they said they would always do thank you thank you thank you

I had pretty much given up on ever seeing my wandering 2 year old domesticated former feral cat when I got a text message from PetLink and was reunited. If I never need it again I still give 5 stars for this success.

I recently ordered a collar tag for my kitty from PetLink. This was very easy to do, I recently received the tag in the mail, and it's now on her collar!

Very difficult to speak with someone who can help with a a simple question. It should not be as difficult as it is. If I could change providers I would do so .
