It doesn't actually show my home and at times it will show her right in the middle of the street when I know she's not.

I love the product, and when my dog chewed up the device, PetLink gave me a new one, free of charge. My only reason for not giving 5 stars, is that email is the way to communicate, and sometimes takes days for a problem to be solved. In my case, I was a wreck during the week my dog wasn't trackable. I wish customer service could act quicker.
