Fortunately I never had to use it for dog. My cat escaped in the mountains in PA when I was moving, but had reported her escaped to motel office. The employee who rescued her took her to a Chihuahua rescue to await our 4-hour trip back to pick her up. It was a comfort to know she was chipped. I wish all rescues checked—it is a great comfort..

I started with you in 2004 with a cat I had adopted and had a chip,I moved with him several times and you handled the address changes fine. When his time was over,I notified you. Then I adopted a Siamese which had a chip put in. I am thankful I had never had to use you for tracking,but was assured,especially with my first cat,which I traveled cross country two times with,that this system was in place in case they were ever lost.

! haven't had to use this service since I had to re-home my Maltese last year... I hope her new owner is using you - I gave her all the information
