Ordered 2 petlink microchip ID tags on August 28th and still have NOT received and We are now entering week 6 with still nothing. Received email on 9/17 stating items were shipped but when I requested a tracking number they were unable to provide one. I do NOT recommend buying any tags from petlink store. Not only is it way over priced but apparently it takes over double the amount of time to receive then the website states or I’m guessing they just take your money and you never receive your products. Save yourself time and money and go to a Local pet store and customize a tag and receive same day for less money or order a customized tag on Etsy and it will still be cheaper and you will receive your items significantly faster. Very disappointed with my petlink STORE experience. I will never order from them again. I do want to clarify that this is my review for the petlink online store only. Not the regular petlink online registration and $19.99 fee and you enter all your pets information. The petlink service and site I am Happy with and have not had anything negative to say about the petlink microchip service. I placed an order for tags, waited 3 months and received nothing but excuses. I wish that I had done a recent search and seen all of the negative reviews before I placed the order. It seems that countless other people have had the same experience. Orders placed yet never received with weeks leading to months of excuses yet nothing ever delivered. About the only good thing that I can say about them is that when I told them that I wanted a refund they responded right away and currently it's status is "pending". So it appears that I might actually get my money back and I won't have to file a complaint with the BBB and go through the credit card company after all but we'll see... If I hadn't requested a refund I wonder how many more months they would have just kept stringing me along with "We apologize for the delay...Your order should be shipping this week...your order should be delivered sometime next week...We apologize for the inconvenience....etc." 9/29 update: It looks like the refund was processed without issue. Since it was refunded so quickly that means that after three months my order still was nowhere close to being completed. How long was I supposed to wait? 3+ months is ridiculous. The company offered a 20% discount on a future order but what good is a discount if they can't fulfill the order? It's too bad because they are nice tags. I've been a customer since 2012 and have registered all of my dogs with Petlink. The last time that I bought tags from them was back in 2012 and they arrived without issue but after this experience I would be hard pressed to ever deal with them again.

For the last three days, I am trying to transfer the ownership of my newly adopted pet to my name, and so far my experience has been horrible. I would strongly recommend not to deal with this particular service provider at all. I faced issues with each and every step of this simple process, and my experience with Helpdesk has been horrible. 1. I tried to submit a transfer request. My payment was accepted, but the request was denied because the documents I have uploaded (adoption contract, vet records and the copy of the physical microchip tag) were deemed "unsuitable". 2. I emailed helpdesk asking why they charge transfer fee for the dogs that have been adopted from organization, and was told that as a matter of fact they don't, as long as the rescue has a special account with them. 3. I have contacted the rescue and they replied to the same email chain confirming that they do have. This was the end of the email communication- nobody came forward offering to refund the fee I have already paid for the activity that was, according to the email, denied. 4. The rescue has initiated transfer of ownership again, and again I was requested to pay! 5. I called helpdesk , who made me feel like I am fussing about no reason and at some point somebody will contact me about my "escalation". I was no offered to be issued a refund , which would have concluded the story. If petlink is not organized enough to handle this simple activity right, I am afraid to think how would they be capable of handling a real problem, such as a pet going missing. I would not trust them, and have already advised the rescue to discontinue using it.

I have had nothing but great experiences with PetLink. The most recent was my cat who had been missing for 12 years!! Yes! 12 years and 4 months was found alive! He was brought into the animal hospital Aug 23,2020 and is happy back home with us and is doing amazing! When he went missing I searched for 6 years before losing hope. When I contacted their customer service my call was immediately answered. I thanked them tremendously for their service and quick response. Without them and that chip I would still be wondering where my boy was.

I cannot sign in to the site. The blog link takes me to a blank page that says "Bad Gateway 504"...is this company still active?

Customer service is awful. Placed an order for a tag that never arrived after 3 weeks. Replacement order has been two weeks and not received. Why wasn't the replacement order expedited? Stop blaming YOUR vendor - that is YOUR issue. Would never recommend this company

petlink net is not working anymore , Does the comapnay still exist?

I hate calling this place phone service suck. They should take notes from the 24hr pet watch company.
