Incredible Customer Service! I have used the water fountain before, different model. I ordered a new one and had a notification that it was delivered, although I could not find it. I emailed the company after hours, and to my surprise, I received a personal response within an hour. For the next 24 hours, the follow up and concern they showed was amazing. I have a long career in customer service, in various industries, and the service I received has been truly inspirational. Package was delivered as said, but in a completely different location by carrier. The cat loves this product and as his keeper, it is reassuring he is consuming more water. Keep doing what you’re doing👏

The feeder works great, I feel comfortable enough to leave my fur babies alone for a while without worrying they going to go hungry, if something happens and I'm late coming home. Just ordered the water fountain, soon they won't run out of water till I get home.

My cat loves the fountain! Clean water and no mess! I enjoy the soft sound of water 😄 it’s relaxing. Quick to assemble and to change filter when needed.

Thank you for sending me new motor, it works again

We ran out of the filters for the water bowl. I ordered exactly what we needed and had my order in less than a week! That's some amazing service!

Quick delivery & great product. Had a bit of a challenge with the directions but all is well now!

Perfect very happy

My fur babies (as well as myself) love the fountain. I have also recently ordered filters. Customer service is amazing!
