Terrible customer service had only given it to my dog for not even a week when they charged my card 96.00 I told them I did not sign up for more and was told it was in their consent forms to read. I told them I hadn’t even got the order they sent and was told you can not get your money back etc. I told them I would let other sites know and they said don’t threaten us. Case closed. Scam and did nothing for my dog and still haven’t received the order they sent. Think before you buy because they take money out before they even send, was told they have no record of my calling and canceling….which I did when I saw I was charged and said you haven’t sent out so just cancel. Was told too bad lady and that was it!

This is a scam and should be on American Greed show. They say they will offer you a free sample, but the truth is you give them the right to charge your credit card for whatever they decide to send you. I should have looked up this company before giving out my credit card information. Lesson learned

I too was deceived by their Facebook Ad. It stated you could receive a trial Bottle for $6.95 total. I was charged another 96.95 because I didn't cancel within a 21 Day period. I would never knowingly have done this. If I don't get a refund, I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission for Deceptive Ads and Business Practices

I had not even tried the product for more than 10 days and they already charged me $96. I called to cancel and they could cancel subscription but not the shipment. I have not opened the packet and you have to call to find out how to return shipment. Only 2 options I can return with a tracking number and they would take off the shipping and restocking fee after they receive my return. Other option is to keep product and get back 25% of what I paid. The product does not appear to have any effect on my dogs.

This is a SCAM. I availed of free trial. My dog got severe diarrhea and had to go to vet. Little did I know that in the MICROSCOPIC fine print I was buying a subscription. Petjoy now billing my credit card $90++ dollars. Apparently when you give credit card info for shipping of free trial offer, you are giving them free use of your credit card

Pet Joy will not accept my money. They will trap you with a sneaky underhanded tactic call auto billing without any other option to make payment. I live on Social Security and they won't accept my money. I only want to buy their product one bag/package at a time and there no other option to make payment. But because I don't qualify for auto billing, which I don't want to do, I cannot get the product I want for my dog. We poor people love our dogs too just as much as any affluent customer does. Pet Joy is financially discriminatory. If there are any smart lawyers out there, please get this forced auto billing changed. As an option among several, fine. No problem. But as the only one, wrong. My dollar is the same as anyone else's.

I recently purchased a product from Pet Joy for Dog (Probiotic) a Supplements and had a terrible experience with their customer service. To start, they attempted to trick me into believing I had 30 days for cancellation when in reality I had only two weeks that started counting down when the order was place, and it took most of all that time to get the order. They then sent me products I did not order and charged me for them. they charged me 145.00. When I tried to get my money back, they refused to give me a refund. they told me it was too late. Furthermore, the ingredients in the product made my dog cramp, irritable with gas and diarrhea. This was due to a chemical called glycerin that was in the product. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Pet Joy for Dog Supply and Supplements. They have terrible customer service, refuse to give refunds, and their products have bad ingredients.
