They charged my credit card but never shipped my product. Their phone number for service is disconnected. Dont buy from them. They will not address your problems.

I ordered the Giant Strategy Stacking Game and the Giant Tower Stacking Game, but instead of receiving the giant versions I paid for, I was sent the small versions of both games. I contacted customer service to request a prepaid shipping label so I could return the incorrect items and receive a full refund. Instead, they initially offered me only a partial refund, which I declined because I wanted a full refund for the items they failed to deliver as advertised. After I requested a full refund, the company completely stopped responding to my emails. Because they refused to communicate or resolve the issue, I had no choice but to contact my bank and dispute the charges. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I will never purchase from this company again. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from them.

i ordered two giant color stack games, which took 1 month to receive, when received they sent me two small games that should cost less than 40.00. I paid 112.00 for two giant stack games. They gave me the run around and stop contacting me when i asked for a full refund and for them to send the return shipping labels. i in turn ordered from another place which took 3 days for me to get. petjoy gadgets is a scam!!!

I believe this company is in business to rip people off and get their credit card numbers. I got an email from what looked like Costco and then unknowingly to me it went to these people. I entered a contest (thinking it was through Costco) to win a set of Hex Clad cooking pots and pans and paid $10 before I realized it was a scam and I wasted my money. Then a few days later they charged my card again, $65 for Nothing. I called the number on my statement and they claim I am a member of their club and offered to cancel my membership. Member of what? I have no membership number or anything showing membership. I learned my lesson and they made money for nothing.

Training collar shorted out and burnt huge holes and all over the bottom of my dogs neck and I can't reach any one at the company the phone number just hangs up the email has t been answered had to pay over 300$ to go to vet super not happy can't believe a company like this would harm my dog collars aren't even 3 months old

Order not Delivered....Ordered an exercise vibrating plate for 62.90 euro on April 5th ... account debited on 8th April... Tracking 17track said it was delivered on 5th May but i never received it.... Wrote you email informing you it was not delivered and requested refund... got no response since.... I want my money refunded.....

I had been a loyal customer for several years. I ordered the "Balance" probiotics for my dog. He didn't like the flavor at first, but soon after began happily eating them. After a while (2-3 years), I decided to begin a subscription for the product and that's where the problem began. Initially, I was charged for, and received, 1 unit per month. (there's a 2 month supply in each bottle) After amassing a year's supply, and after numerous attempts to alter the shipping frequency, Petjoy only stopped delivering the product. Petjoy did NOT, however, cease billing me. Through PayPal, I've managed to recover 2 of the 3 wrongful charges to my account. I highly doubt I'll ever receive the last payment. There are several other issues with Petjoy, as it relates to the main website but the absolute lack of customer service and support is the final straw. After all of these years, they will never receive another order from me Through PayPal, I was charged for 3 containers of the Balance probiotic formula.

Ordered humidifier. Product not satisfactory, reguested to return product. Return approved and sent shipping label. Returned product by Canada post at cost of $30.17. Product received by Petjoy on Jan 08. No cofirmation or refund received. Four days notified refund denied. They now have my product and $97 that I paid for it.
