My dog loves these treats but are stale!
My dog loves these treats. However I did not like that they were staled as I had to cut them down with a knife so that he could chew them. This batch was apparently sitting in their warehouse for several years. So I’m pretty upset about that!!!

Thank you for your feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We want to mention that adding excess moisture to the product can encourage the growth of fungus or mold, which can be harmful for pets. For this reason, we carefully formulate our chews without unnecessary added moisture or additives, unlike some other products on the market. Our goal is to keep the formula as clean, safe, and natural as possible. That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll be more than happy to assist you and make sure you’re completely satisfied. Warmly, The Petibles Team 🐾

I don't know what happened to my order…
I don't know what happened to my order at the beginning I call and I got an answer I like that it took a while but I got the product I'm waiting to see how the other orders will come to me.

Hi Rodrigo, Thank you for reaching out. I reviewed your account and it seems like your card was initially flagged as potential fraud, which is why it was initially on hold (to protect you). You then chatted with us and asked to change from the chill chews to probiotic chews, which was set for the next billing cycle. To clarify, our customer service representative will be reaching out, and ship out the next order earlier, if you so desire. I also wanted to thank you for the kind words you said about our product over the phone. We are so happy that we can help you and your best friend! Always feel free to reach out to us by calling or emailing us at [email protected] . Thank you! The Petibles Team.

Maple Scent
Well...I'm 4 days in and the problem I'm having is my dogs are very reluctant after smelling them,I noticed they did smell like molasses or some type of maple syrup. They smell yummy however they do eat them, so far. I'm afraid they are going to just give up on them due to the smell. I, or rather my opinion think maybe if they were a meaty flavor it might entice them to favor the chews. I'm grateful for the product. That's the only drawback that I have. There are probably other pets out there that love them. This is only my opinion. Otherwise I think it's a great product.
