A Happy Pet and a Happy Owner
’m really impressed with Petibles. My pet absolutely loves them, and I’ve noticed a difference in their overall energy and happiness since we started using them. The quality seems great, and I like knowing I’m giving them something made with their health in mind. Definitely something I’ll keep buying and would recommend to other pet owners.

In the past …… and now
In the past, I had an issue or two, but since then……. They are the best! The probiotics are the best for my dog since I’ve started giving them to her, she’s like a pup. She’s 13 years old and her coat had no shine to it, she laid around a lot, she didn’t want to eat very well. Since the beginning of taking this product, she has changed completely. She is like a pup again. She wants to run around and play. Her coat has a shine again. Her stool is so much better, she’s eating like she should. I attribute all of this to Petibles. I’m glad this has turned out so well and I am thankful to Petibles every day for helping to keep my my dog with me. Edibles I could be your spokesperson. You are the best.

Annabelle, thank you so for taking the time to share this incredible update. 🧡 Reading that your 13-year-old girl is running around, playing again, eating well, and has her beautiful shiny coat back absolutely made our day. We know how much our dogs mean to us, and hearing that she’s feeling like a puppy again is the kind of feedback that inspires our entire team. We also truly appreciate you mentioning that we were able to resolve the issues you experienced in the past. We work hard to take care of every customer, and it means the world to know we’ve earned back your trust. Your kind words about being our spokesperson brought a big smile to our faces! If you’d ever like to share a photo of your sweet girl, we’d absolutely love to see her. Thank you again for being part of the Petibles family and for trusting us to be part of your dog’s daily routine. Wishing you both many more happy, healthy adventures together! 🧡🐾

My dog loves these treats but are stale!
My dog loves these treats. However I did not like that they were staled as I had to cut them down with a knife so that he could chew them. This batch was apparently sitting in their warehouse for several years. So I’m pretty upset about that!!!

Thank you for your feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We want to mention that adding excess moisture to the product can encourage the growth of fungus or mold, which can be harmful for pets. For this reason, we carefully formulate our chews without unnecessary added moisture or additives, unlike some other products on the market. Our goal is to keep the formula as clean, safe, and natural as possible. That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll be more than happy to assist you and make sure you’re completely satisfied. Warmly, The Petibles Team 🐾

I don't know what happened to my order…
I don't know what happened to my order at the beginning I call and I got an answer I like that it took a while but I got the product I'm waiting to see how the other orders will come to me.

Hi Rodrigo, Thank you for reaching out. I reviewed your account and it seems like your card was initially flagged as potential fraud, which is why it was initially on hold (to protect you). You then chatted with us and asked to change from the chill chews to probiotic chews, which was set for the next billing cycle. To clarify, our customer service representative will be reaching out, and ship out the next order earlier, if you so desire. I also wanted to thank you for the kind words you said about our product over the phone. We are so happy that we can help you and your best friend! Always feel free to reach out to us by calling or emailing us at [email protected] . Thank you! The Petibles Team.

I call twice and no one call me , i cancel the last order , i don’t need and i need to apruebe before you use my card.
Response from PetiblesOct 29, 2025
Hi Ada, Thank you for reaching out, and we’re truly sorry for any confusion. 🧡 We responded to your messages several times — on October 17th and October 22nd — confirming that your order was canceled and refunded. The refund was processed on October 17th, so you should have already received the funds. Since your chews had already shipped at that time, we let you know that you’re welcome to keep them or donate them to a local shelter. We’re a small, family-run business doing our best to help pets and their families across the country. Any review under five stars really impacts our ability to reach and help more pet owners. If you feel the issue has been resolved, we’d be so grateful if you’d consider updating your review. If you have any questions or need your refund confirmation again, please email us at [email protected] — we’re always here to help. 🐾 Warm regards, The Petibles Team www.petibles.com
