My order was for products I needed and they did arrive on time. My only problem was that the bell was not ringed on our security door so we did not know exactly when it was delivered.

Rx food is hard to handle - if anything goes wrong with the prescription, there is no urgency on the part of the staff to help get things set back up again. Also, sales/promos are not applied to auto ship so auto ship actually costs more....:why would you charge your best/routine customers more than one time shoppers?

Shipping was fast. Most of the products as expected. The bully sticks were not as big as I thought they would be and my German Shepherds ate them in under 10 minutes. Will definitely order more items.

I'm usually happy with their consistency and value. Only when I need to change something do I find it a little challenging. Other than that, I highly recommend this service.

I would give it 5 if the dog food had arrived when they said it would but it was 4 days late. Can't say it was their fault. Will try again. The person that took my order over the phone looked and found a coupon for $10 off my order which was a bonus.

I canceled my auto ship because my dog was misdiagnosed and thought we were putting her down. When I tried to reinstate the auto ship you wouldn’t give it to me for the same price. I’ve been with you awhile and I think you should have just restarted my order. Doesn’t really build loyalty does it?

Fast delivery, properly packed, and good selection of dog food. I wish they had more selection of treats and toys for dogs, but I buy my Royal Canin food from Pet Flow instead of Chewy because they don’t smash the contents of the box like Chewy does. I recommend to Pet Flow if you’re reading this, don’t put the canned food in between two bags of dog food it’s too heavy and breaks the kibble. Ship it separately. Otherwise great job!!
