There was an issue that I sent a letter addressing. If you check records I'm sure you will find it. I am to busy to rehash it again. It did however have to do with being misleading.

Never received the right calming collar...I ordered 3 times ...tried to get a 28 in calming collar ...each time I was sent a 23 in...the telephone agents were very nice ...don’t know why they have it listed to buy but never received the right size...said they even contacted the warehouse...

My only complaint.. you can't stop auto-ship without calling customer service. It's a pain in the butt and out of integrity. If you don't want to be locked in and have to deal with customer service.. don't set up an autoship or you'll be frustrated trying to cancel.

I have reviewed before and it has made NO DIFFERENCE - pet foods offered are good but SHIPPING CAN BE A NIGHTMARE. I recently placed a new order AND changed the date on my "recurring" shipment on a Friday - so BOTH ITEMS ORDERED ON A FRIDAY. Initial statement noted they would be delivered the following Tuesday. Did not arrive until THURSDAY. I have learned to order far in advance because you cannot depend on shipping even though the site indicates it is TWO DAY shipping. This has happened multiple times to me and YES I would change companies if I could find one that carried the brand of dog food I use.

I ordered canned dog food and 9 out of 12 cans were dented making them difficult to open.

It took 5 days to receive my order . This seems a little slow. Chewys ships and is received within 24 to 48 hours.

I love pet flow but.....my last order was very poorly packed When I opened the carton the two cases of wet dog food were ripped open and the cans where all over the place and had a large rip in the dry food bag

Return policy isn’t too favorable, I wish I could receive my money back instead of a credit.
