Prompt service and excellent customer service make this my new go to for dog food!

I always receive the correct items I order and quickly - to my door!

This is my second request to submit a review so all enthusiasm and praises went into my first review (preview). So happy that I found PetFlow. Great ingredients delivered to my porch. Twiggy and Rocky are wagtastic about this kibble.

My senior community is under partial lock-down due to the virus. FedEx was confused as to where to deliver. When I didn't find my package, I was panic-stricken. I called PetFlow and spoke with Nanny, she was wonderful. she was so patient with me as I am hard of hearing. Thanks to Naddy the package was found and my KandyKat will have food for the duration of the lock-down Thank you so much

I have autoship set up for my dog food and it's great for not forgetting to order it and easily can come in and up and lower my frequency until I got it on the right schedule. Easy to work with and good customer service the one time I had to call to switch my autoship to a new food.

We have used you guys for years now and are super happy with the products and customer service. If we were in need of an earlier shipment or needed to push it back, you guys always helped us out.
