I had to call them twice due to shipping issues with my prescription cat food from the Covid-19 panic over-ordering. They were mostly quick to answer after a brief piano music hold and helped me right away. They let me know why it was delayed from the manufacturer and were very sweet to me on the phone.

Communication is excellent! Products are high quality and prices are solid. I used to go through Chewy, but find PetFlow to use their profits more effectively for their customers and for supporting animal rights.

Have a dog who has lost 10 lbs since October. There is only one food she will eat. It is not available locally. During these stressful times, I placed orders on several online sites in an attempt to ensure I could get it - - - one order was submitted even in early March. These orders were placed while I still had a sufficient amount of the food. As of today PetFlow is the only one of the companies that responded quickly. Am super grateful to the Petflow crew. They will be my 'go-to' site for all future purchases. THANK YOU
