Our cat children do not realize that we are in a pandemic lock-down, so they are still so-o-o particular about what foods they will eat. They also continue to expect to have good room-service for their litter boxes. But, their human friends (us) are having to adjust the supply chain to continue our service to them. I’ve always purchased from Chewy, who is very good, but ran out of my food. It’s nice to have another source .You are my new supplier- competitive pricing and I received my order quickly, I believe Chewy is on overload and can’t keep up with the demand in today’s climate. Good Luck

We were having trouble finding Royal canine moderate calorie So dry and canned for our dog . My supply was running very low . I usually but a couple weeks in advance but no one had the dry . I seen PetFlow had it and placed an order. When it arrived I received 2 cases of the canned . So I called and they said there was a problem with getting the dry through Royal canine . They returned my money on the bag of dry and had sent me the 2nd case of canned( I don’t have to tell any of you what the cost of these special foods cost but it is costly) . Well needless to say I was impressed. And to my surprise the dry showed up a day later directly from Royal Canin. I am new to PetFlow and I have to say they are a first class pet products supplier . I would recommend them especially for the way this was handled . These are scary times with this virus please everyone stay safe!
